Fishing along the northeast (Pennsylvania). Anyone have a suggestion on a soft plastic craw? Any brands seem to work well in all parts of the states? I am thinking I should use a smaller version given the areas I am fishing. Many thanks in advance.

Right now I'm using Yum Craws, because their baits are always in a bargain big at Walmart. Their Craw Papi, Craw Bug, and the Money Craw are what I'll be using this coming season. Most guys on here will steer you toward a Rage Craw, though.

There are many that work well, I use strike king rage tail, netbaits paca chunk, berkley chigger craw and pit boss.

Use varies: jig traliors, on their own t/rigged weighted or unweighted. Bass love em and all come in a multitude of colors and sizes.

Another I just received but have not put into use yet is the V&M wild thang, looks great though.

I've never used a Craw I didnt like. Salt Craws and  Guido Bugs are two of my favorites. The great thing about a Guido bug is it is so smooth , if you have a question if that was a fish or not , all you have to do is examine it for teeth marks .

My two favorite are Rage Tail Craws and Net Bait Paca Craws.

I know I'm probably in the minority, but I've never had the success with the Rage Tail craws. It was recommended to me to try Stankx Bait, I bought a few and they look awesome coming across the Ice LOL.

The Ragestuff works good when fish want more action, but in a more subtle presentation, something like aYum Craw Papi excels. Ive also bought some Big Bite Baits Real Deal HD Craws and they look awesome.

My favorite finesse craw is the Huddleston huddle bug - it's a very lifelike craw, and makes a nice and compact jig trailer if you bite the tail off. I like fishing them texas, though.

Bigger than that, I have a lot of fun fishing Rage Craws!

Never fished in your part of the country, but here I use the Netbait Paca Craw. It's the best I've found and it isn't even close imo. I love Bama Bug, Okochobee Craw, Alabama Craw, and Green Pumpkin/Watermellon. These work great t-rigged on a Mustad flippin hook or as a jig trailer on a Seibert brush jig.

For a smaller profile I use Zoom Ultra Vibe Speed Craw and the Culprit Incredi Slim. Everything else is Rage Tail.

I really like Berkley Chigger Craws and Chigger Chunks. Rage Tail products are also great. I am anxious to try out the new Reaction Innovations Twerk. It looks really good...

Zoom Ultra Vibe Speed Craw. Tiny and subtle. My favorite craw.

Big Bite Baits Real Deal Craw. Awesome on a biffle head.

Rage Craw for days that the bass want food that needs Adderall.

I'm slowly accumulating more Rage products than anything else.

But ther will always be a place for a RI Sweet Beaver and a brush hog
