Pretty much any rod builder in the country can make you a rod on a NFC blank.  Kistler and Edge rods are the only companies I know of using NFC blanks in their rods.  Anyone can buy the blanks though.

We are the exclusive partner for NFC blanks.. This means anyone can buy from not only our distributors and retailers, but online as well. If you need a builder, either DVT can build one, or we can refer you to one.

S Hovanec a member here is an approved builder for North Fork Composites. The approved builders on NFC's site all submitted evidence of their work for acceptance by Gary Loomis.
