sets hooks all day Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 but what in the name of BASS does it represent? my only guess is a fallen bird or bat... anyone know of any official "this is what it is" answer Quote
GatorBK Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 Maybe the skirt represents a bluegill and the blade represents a minnow being chased by the bluegill Quote

bassmaster8100 Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 It represents a small bass boat. Bass see the action and hear the cavitation and instantly think of fishermen. Then when they see that it is bite sized, they think revenge. Thats why the bites are so violent. Jokes on them. Hart tackle baby!!!! ;D Lmao Quote
jiangtao Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 Well,I was walking down a creekbank one day last Summer and I managed to spook a crawfish that was hanging out on the edge of the bank. After he saw me he hit the water and was paddling so fast he looked and sounded just like a buzzbait before he sank into the water.I would say that he ran across the top of the water maybe 1-1 1/2 foot before he sank down. BucketmouthAngler13 Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 I personaly think that the buzzbait resembles nothing. The bass strike out of impulse. Quote
Guest hibachi Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 i thought it was a small fish chasing a minnow??? Quote

Avalonjohn44 Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 my only guess is a fallen bird or bat I would have laughed at that before last year. I fished a pond in NoVa (Shouse Lake) and saw a bass go after a bat - twice. At first I thought they were after the same bug, but the second time it happened, the bass came out of the water for the bat. I would never have dreamed that a bat, while flying, would be prey for a bass. Quote

They are just so hard to find. I live in Stratford, OK the original home of Hart Tackle. I have been using a Buzz throb since they were first introduced. Not too many people know of Hart Tackle so I was glad to see someone mention them. Quote

slarose20 Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 It is def. a PURE REACTION STRIKE... But let's change theory and put it like Brian. "It's a small bass boat and the bass are out for revenge" Truely a spit your coffee on the computer there Quote
