The little tube you use to put the Senkos in to get the O ring on, is not big enough for the 6" and especially the 7" Senkos, what can I do to find or get or mod something to make this work, thanks!

Find a marker that's the correct size and cut it. For 5" senkos I cut the end off a sharpie and use it. I buy o rings from a surplus store. They run me .03ea

I've got one of those Case O-ring tools that allegedly position the o-ring properly on the senko.  However, prior to buying that tool I found that I could much more often than not position the o-ring on the senko wherever I wanted it with a little bit of slobber.  You might want to try that, as an inexpensive option

Seems like every household (with kids, that is) has a bin full of leftover Rainbow Loom rubber bands, from when they were a fad. I use those, they work great. I don't know about 7 inch, but I usually have to double them over for 5 inchers.

Throw them all away and use  "Heat Shrink Tubing" works much better.  I rarely fish Senko any more, but when I rig them wacky style the tubing works better and the Senko last longer.

My last trip to mexico i got turned on to the Wacky Saddle, and that worked great.

Yea the marker idea seems like that would get the job done.

Man those cheapy plastic Tools that came with the wacky saddle suck big time. the best one is the metal tool. which works great for the 5"

I'll have to look around at my markers.

I'll have to check out the heat shrink tubing too.
