BigSkyBasser Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 I've been spending larger amounts of time scrolling through the large list of soft plastics available in today's market and the options are absolutely endless. I'm curious what people's favorite bed baits and multi-purpose soft plastics are that they use for Texas Rigs and other common rigs regarding the infamous spawn bite specifically. There are several I have found myself prone to such as the Zman Lizardz, sweet beavers, zoom brush hogs, and the classic Senko. I'm always trying to keep my mind open and am looking for suggestions for new baits that have worked well for others during their site fishing adventures. Quote
BigSkyBasser Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Grubs. Do you just hook them weedless and swim them or do you T Rig them? Quote
Global Moderator Mike L Posted January 26, 2015 Global Moderator Posted January 26, 2015 For site fishing on beds I like either a Sweet Beaver, standard sized Brush Hog with the end tails cut off or a BB Cricket. Colors are allways june bug for the beaver, green for the cricket and white for the cricket. This year I'm gonna try the Rage Structure Bug. I only have june bug and that Alabama something colors, so we'll see what happens this weekend If we find any. Mike Quote
Global Moderator Mike L Posted January 26, 2015 Global Moderator Posted January 26, 2015 Ooops, that's green pumpkin for the hog. Mike Quote
