I see youre from the delta area.Check out the TNT baits wadda jig. Designed on the CA delta by locals who fish it all the time.

Thanks I will look those up.

Have any of you guys tried out the Zero Gravity Jigs? I really like the idea of a jig that falls like a Senko.

Buckeye Mini Mops, but I need to buy the Seibert Outdoors Mata Arky head jigs.  They're much more pretty considering my recent Mops look like they were hand tied by a drunk person, better built, come in configurable head colors, a ton of skirt colors and somehow end up being a lot cheaper than the Mops.  BPS gift certificates are the only thing keeping be buying Mops.  When they're all hung up I'm going Mata Arky.

I like an Arkie head jig. It's an all purpose style that has served me well. Many companies offer them and although I do prefer the trailer keeper on the Terminator one. Siebert swim jigs are awesome in vegetation that the Arkie would bog down in and a mop jig has the weight I sometimes need for deeper presentations.

Whichever jig caught my last really good bass, so right now it is a homemade football jig (3/8th ounce with black round rubber and blue silicone)

I started out with a few Strike King jigs. When I started lurking around here I read a lot about Siebert jigs. Since then I have been stocking up on them this past fall and this winter. Will probably placing another order for some different colors soon. Hard to find someone with jigs as good as these AND with the large variety or color combinations He has.

Here are a few swim jigs I ordered toward the end of last fall. Didn't get to use them before the cold weather hit.

I like many brands unfortunately, big box and site sponsors. I was able to buy a ton of Berkley Gripper Jigs for $.73 cents each from Dicks Sporting Goods. I dont like losing my good jigs in areas where I know I'll always end up hung up, so Ill use these there so the pain isnt too bad. I've never used them before but the investment was minimal.

I just found a guy on FB that goes by S&S jigs.  Had him custom make me some hair jigs.  6 jigs 3 PBJ/3 Black/Blue.  All have flash, 3 have feathers...good paint, sharp, heavy hook.  $1.75 each.  If you visit his page I just posted some sorta crappy pictures.  They are great!!

Ive become a huge fan of D&L tackle's advantage jig. Love the hooks and colors on them. They have a great line of swim jigs too. Pretty good price too.

The pics or the jigs? :)

The pictures look like the were taken with a potato.  The jigs are great

I own all three. For the shad color Rage Tail Menace comes in a matching color. For the dark gill, Menace in Falcon and for the bluegill, green pumpkin.

I make my own using BOSS components. Of the ones I make my favorite are my 3/8oz swim jig, my 5/16oz finesse flipping jig, and my 1oz. flip/punch jigs.

North Star Baits Original Swim Jig in 5/16oz is my favorite jig to use. But I also love their Black Football, Black Series and their new Southpaw jigs in 3/8 to 1//2oz....

Thanks!  I have the menace in both shad and green pumpkin.  I'll have to pickup a pack of falcon to try out now.

Dirty jigs for me. I won't use anything else and especially their no-jack punchin and flipping jigs. Great for the nasty stuff.

I like their NoJack Punchin' jigs from 3/4 to 1-1/2 oz. The Strike Hack Attack Jigs are also very good.

I have been fishing sawyer custom tackle jigs. I found them on ebay and bought a few because of the price, and was really surprised by them. The paint on the head holds up real good and they don't hang up bad. He makes some nice chatterbaits and spinner baits to. I plan on trying some of sieberts jigs as well since everyone here talks so highly of them

I have so many jigs from all different companies that I've collected over the years that I prefer the jig that will get me to the fish in the grass that I'm fishing. Color is my second thought. I picked up 2 Berkley Power Jigs (I think thats what they are called) a month ago. I have them somewhere around here. Guess I gotta clean my house to find them.

I order Boss Skirts from tackle and make my own with the Gambler Football heads. Its always cheaper going that route and i love jigs so the morer the merrier. Dirty Jigs also makes a great Jig

My favorites are California Reservoir Lures.  I noticed you're in Northern California (as did a previous poster).   These jigs are tied and made here in Northern California and I believe represent a color base that suits us very well.  He has a jig for every situation and can custom make baits as well.  Check em out and let me know if you have questions on recommendations!  Do you mainly fish the Delta, or our lakes as well?

the boss skirts are awesome, high quality, so many color options and cheap for being a non-slip rattle band. I did wish they offered some more lighter colors like different whites/shads but still great.

my personal preferance is a strike king hack jig in black and blue.
