A few years ago I tried yo-zuri Hybrid cause I wanted to try something new and thought the copolymer was interesting.  Anyway, I LOVED the stuff.  IT was all I used for a few years. I  noticed quite a few people on here like it a lot too.  I decided last year to try a year of fluorocarbon since a lot of people on here seem to use it for nearly everything. Wanted to give the Fluoro a fair shot. Well, I wanted to go back to Hybrid  and I am about out but I couldnt find it the other day at Bass Pro or Academy.  Cabelas, Gander Mountain, and DSG dont have it on the websites either. Lastly, *** does not have much variety and its on sale (which seems like that means its closeout sometimes)  They had A LOT of different tests on there for the 25 days of Christmas but they have since taken those off the list of available line.  Is Hybrid no longer available? Are they coming out with something new?  Kinda bummed when I was relying on picking a bunch of it up soon for next season.

Don't know exactly what you're looking for pound test wise,  but check this out - might work for you.

Hit TW or eBay and score some 600 yard spools.

For me, I use it as a leader, so will last me a VERY

long time

Far as I know it is still being made.

They have plenty of the clear on ***, but Only 6#,8#, and 25# in Green.  And 6# and 8# in the Smoke color.   It was just a little bit of a shock to me.  I had always gotten it at Bass Pro and I was shocked when I didnt see it.  Was lookin for some 12# and 10#.  I guess I will have to go with the Clear.  Oh well.

I bought several 600 yard spools as recently as November

on eBay - green - my preferred color.

Walmart has a bunch all the time! At at least at our Florida Locations. Theyre out of Port St Lucie FL so, makes sense.

Walmart in north Florida hasn't, and has never, carried it. The only place I have ever been able to buy it in a store was sports authority. And it has liquidated its fishing dept in our area.

I've been buying it offline for the last few years. ... but this is the second such thread in a few months and you guys are scaring the hell outta me. Keep up this kinda talk and I'm going to have to start hoarding hybrid like ammo. Lol.

I just sent Yo-Zuri America a message on facebook asking if it was still in production, since i Couldnt find it where I previously had found it.  This was their response.

"

Yes--you can find everything currently available on Amazon, and TW as well as a variety of other retailers throughout the US and Canada."

Online it is!

Bought about 20,000 yards from Thelongfin.com website about 2 years ago when it was 19.99 for the big spools. Now all they have showing are the small filler spoils for 7.99.
