I searched but couldn't find this topic so I apologize if its been done.

As most of us are sitting and dreaming of nice weather, I figured it would be fun to destract ourselfs and talk about another subject...which happens to be my second and just as expensive passion. So show us your ride.

I just sold this...loved this car

Right before I retired from the service I took delivery of a new 06 GTO.

Added Minor Performance upgrades.

She's a big time garage queen and a ton of fun to drive.

Still has less than 25k on her.

That so funny you say that because another reason I got the vw golf was because its a 5spd. I wanted to see how I like shiftin gears in a daily driver. My plan is to drive it for a bit then sell it, then I was gonna look for a 05-06 GTO. I want that LS2 so bad hahaha

Whichever one you choose - get the 6.0 vs the 5.7 - HP rules . . .

The 04 GTO has a LS1(5.7) and the 05 and 06 use the LS2(6.0) which makes 400hp at the crank stock..the problem is they aren't that easy to find. HP is just like rods/lures...you can never have to much hahaha

My normal ride and tow vehicle for the Stratos is a Nissan Titan Pro4X.  I try to be a car guy but I spend too much time fishing!!

Let see if anyone recognizes my fun truck ;).  1992 Typhoon #2068.

It lives in the garage these days, but back in college it racked up a good number of 'kills' on the weekends (when I wasn't fishing).  Even back then I fished too much, my buddies would have to beg me to bring it out and not go fish...Like I said, I TRY to be a car guy :).

That's how it goes, spend so much time at work that the second i have a day off I don't wanna do anything but fish. hahaha everything else gets put on the sidelines...cars, friendships, eating, sleeping all of it. luckily I work 2-10pm everyday so I try and find time for my car before work, or you u know standing on the shore of local ponds.

My ride is a 2013 F-150 Ecoboost, has been a very good truck. Only one issue and that was being to quiet. Last fall added a K&N cold air intake and a Borla Type-S dual rear exit exhaust. Sounds better, runs better and gets about 1 to 1.5 mpg better than stock. Last highway run got 23.9 mpg, about 18 mpg normal driving. Not bad for a truck with 420ft-lb torque at 2400rpm.

Not bad mpg for a truck at all. My first car was a 93 ford ranger with a 3.0 V6 it was terrible on gas 16mpg I believe it was.

Yeah I figured most here would be driving pickups. If I had to choose one it would be a 70's Chevy sidestep, such a sexy look truck.

Not really most of the older generations cup of tea but here was my 4cyl import. 94 Acura Integra.

I built this car in a 2yr period of time. Bought it wrecked and had to cut and reweld a new 1/4 on it. Replace the door. Swapped ugly tan interior out for charcoal interior. Plus all the other nonsense. Coilover suspension,3" exhaust, wheels, ect Just me and a some help from a friend or 2 now and then. It made 390whp on 16psi and 405 on 18psi.

Small T3 turbo but full boost was 4k.

Forged pistons and rods, stiffer springs and retainers in the head plus bigger cams. Engine bay was tucked. Brake lines and wiring were ran differently kinda out of the engine bay. Engine harness was lengthened, shortened, ect to be able to hide all the wiring. Power steering,AC,Abs,cruise were all deleted. Fuse box was moved to the inside of the car under the passenger side airbag cover so I could still get to it. It was very fun but I sold it to buy a boat. Never looked back since.

Redline, It's time to break out the real pictures.

I didn't think he has them fun cars any more. Last I heard all he had was a truck and a get around vehicle.
