It the Powder paint that is used for tacklemaking the same as what actual powdercoaters use?  It is probably cheaper to go buy small quantities of powder from them instead of paying $5 for 2oz.  Has anyone used powdercoating powder?

I use powdercoat from Caswell and have not noticed any difference in durabilty between it and Pro Tec.
