Scotty58 Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 San Diego Jam. Easy to tie and seems very strong Quote
Wachati Posted January 9, 2015 Posted January 9, 2015 For all the San Diego Jam people, I know I've talked with a couple buddies about this, but thought I might bring it up here out of curiosity. I've been using it for the last three years, and it seems when tying the knot you get a lot of breaks when ipulling it tight( I can go all day and not have a break when tying or I can have one break 3 times in a row while re-tying). I have no complaints having to re-tie when this happens bc once you get a good knot, it's indestructible. Didn't know if anyone else has had same experience and if they have figured out what the cause is. Quote

Some days every knot I tie cinches down tight and is super strong, some days I have to tie every one 2 or 3 times before it cinches down good and I can fish again. I can't seem to figure out a good reason why it happens, but it sure does. It's worth the headache to me though because like you said when I get a good knot tied it isn't going to break. Quote
