When I was a teenager I was fly fishing the Audubon Park Lagoon with my cousin when I just had to have that fly make it to the far bank.

So I wound up that fly rod a few times and casted it as hard as I could towards the far bank.

Next thing I know I am flying in the air and landed in the water.

My cousin, who was about a half block down the bank,  fell down laughing.

I don't remember if that fly ever did make it to the other bank.
