Is the Falcon Bucco a pretty descent rod at the 100 pricepoint?  Is there a big difference between the Jason Christie Sig Series Falcon line and the Bucco?

The bucoo is a great rod! The Jason Christie rods I've handled all seemed extremely heavy compared to the bucoo.

Just a heads up but the Bucoo series is very underrated. Their 6'10 heavy pitching stick is actually a medium heavy. Their 7'0 medium is more like a medium light. Nice rods but at $100 I think you could do better. Also the action is usually a moderate-fast which isn't always prefered. There's tons of "best $100 rod" threads. A quick search and you'll have reading info for days.

I would agree with rippin-lips. I own a couple Bucoo's & the 7' M is definitely like a ML. I use it for small CB & JB.

I will add that they are very sensitive & lite

My Bucoo 6'10" MH feels like a MH to me. I replaced a *** Black 7'1" M with it and the Bucoo definitely has more power than what the *** had. I dunno, maybe this is just the case with the heavy and medium rated Bucoo's?

The medium bucco is a crankbait Moderate action rod.  It's made to be that way and be forgiving.  The MH (moderate fast) seem rated fine and have power.  Their H is on point (which is a fast action rod).  The Jason Christie rods are different action blanks but same material.
