On any "What is your favorite" or "If you could only have one whatever" threads.

No one on here is going to be parachuted behind enemy lines with only a single lure to catch bass.

I'm with you - but we all know that's a pipe dream.

I will say that I'd be very happy if members were going to have only "one" of something . . . . . .

I'd like it to be a SCALE.

I´d rather have ten of those threads that one more single SENKO THREAD, Jesus the Allmighty, there´s a friggin´ sticky thread with BOLD LARGE letters right at the very top of the page and still we have those senko threads.

I'm guessing that they'll stop when we get enough global warming to fish year round in soft water across the whole country.

It ain´t gonna happen, global warming means more heat for us in the South and more cold for you guys in the North, soooooo, get ready and pull out them chainsaws cuz you gonna need them to make holes when you go fishing guyz, you ain´t gonna thaw until June.

Dang it. There goes my posts for the rest

of December... Sheesh.

My question today was gonna be:

"if you only had one hand to fish with,

which would it be?"

Probably my right, because you can never go wrong when you go right!

Just hoping we can set aside all those questions for some discussions that will help.

Case in point:

http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/76292-demystifying-structure/

This thread is very useful and I have it saved to my favorites to re-read occaisionally.

The " I fish my 4th cousins, ex-stepfathers, half-brothers 1 acre farm pond what color senko should I use?" is played out. Those fish in that pond will hit any dam colored senko you throw so quit overthinking it.

I am not trying to come off as a d**k just hoping to get some better discussions going.

Just dont open the thread its that simple pass it by a person is not forced to read it or reply to such threads.

What Ive noticed is the ones that complain of such things are the first ones to post in those threads.

Its quite possible that if there were no repeated topics this site would dry up very quickly.

I see no harm in a person wanting to start a chit chat, if its something Im not interested in Ill go to the next thread its that simple.

You decide to respond or not. The "best" anything question is always going to be subjective based solely on the responders experience.

Folks that live in the frozen north get cabin fervor and tend to post question out of boredom. Those of us who live where cold is 50 degrees don't understand cabin fervor, so be understanding to those frozen folks until the ice melts.

You joke but there are a lot of posts that pop up like that?

" I am throwing a SK 6XD, Sexy shad color in a 3' deep pond and keep getting hung up. If I switch to the 6XD in Red Craw will it get hung up more or less?"

But some would argue that you get more heft with your left.
