Super User Sam Posted December 15, 2014 Super User Posted December 15, 2014 Based on what I heard on TV yesterday while watching the Seahawks-49ers game, looks like Harbough may be headed to Meechegan. Quote
Super User Lund Explorer Posted December 15, 2014 Super User Posted December 15, 2014 Detroit News gave an entirely different take on it. Quote
MikeJames Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 No one has said Harbough is leaving San Fran except reporters and Deion Sanders. It's rumors until someone in the organization comes out and says he is out or they trade him. Jed York has said more then once this season that "Harbough is our coach". If he is gone, he has said before he came to the NFL to win a Super Bowl, so I don't see him going to Michigan. Plenty of teams will be offering him jobs in the NFL to go back to college. Quote
spartyon8 Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 Screw that, it's back to Da Bears for him! Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted December 18, 2014 Super User Posted December 18, 2014 He's gone after this season. Quote
Super User iabass8 Posted December 18, 2014 Super User Posted December 18, 2014 He's almost certainly done in SF after this year. I think he still has a year left on his contact anyway so I think he has to be traded to avoid a hit. There's a very small chance he goes to coach college football. He will be one of the most sought after coaches on the market. Miami would be a solid job for him. I would hope he goes to college football though before he takes a job in Oakland. Quote
preach4bass Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Why in the world would San Francisco want to get rid of him? Quote
Super User J Francho Posted December 18, 2014 Super User Posted December 18, 2014 I heard Buffalo… Quote
Super User Lund Explorer Posted December 18, 2014 Super User Posted December 18, 2014 News this morning says that UM has offered him a six year deal for $48 million! I still don't see him giving up on the pros without a Super Bowl ring. Quote
Super User Redlinerobert Posted December 18, 2014 Super User Posted December 18, 2014 Why in the world would San Francisco want to get rid of him? Difference of opinion on how to run the team from management. Or so I've heard... Quote
