I have colitis, which means my colon is bleeding and or that there is a hole in it somewhere. Not fun at all. So this comfortable room may be my home for a good while.

Do what the docs say to do regarding your diet and do a lot of fishing!!!!

Keep us posted. At least it's during the winter instead of right in the middle of spring! Hopefully you'll have a speedy recovery.

I probably wouldn't have made it to jasper lol. This is my first time here. They're doing a good job. I have had no complaints.

Lmao man i've literally "soiled" myself in my sleep twice now. It ain't no fun lol. And they have had several colitis patients before but somehow my stool is different. So every time i go to the bathroom they want samples of it. Needless to say i get to tell them every time i do it lol.

Hang tough, I was diagnosed with crohns several years back and had my fair share of hospital visits.

At least it sounds like your comfortable and under good care at the hospital. Watch your diet and try to stay stress free.

Get well soon, man.  I had my own issues with crohn's like symptoms - went away when I was diagnosed and treated for Type 1 diabeetus.

 

In the meantime, try not to laugh at this:

C diff is not so uncommon, a family member could be the ticket to overcoming this... Google and see if you can locate the info. I know it's miserable.. Hang tuff!
