Kevin Beachy Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Finally shot one of the stupid skunks that was ruining our field pile, i shot baby but missed a big fat momma who was probably pregnant. I also might have wounded here though, but it was dark and couldn't see. Mind you i didnt have a shotgun either, i had my trusty crikket 22! 2 Quote
BasshunterJGH Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 I hope you got her! We have plenty of skunks, opossums, and squirrels on our property that eat our chickens and eggs. I take care of em with my 10/22. I usually have my brother hold a flashlight while i shoot. I've got a 12 gauge but its a little too loud to shoot at night w/ the neighbors lol Quote

Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted December 3, 2014 Global Moderator Posted December 3, 2014 I hate shooting shotguns anyway Boo...always my favorite part of firearms day in training. Doing "rolling thunder" with a shotgun on steel is fun and shoulder numbing. Quote
