My kayak fell out of the pick up today when I was pulling in home. Head unit cracked on my Lowrance Elite 3.

Can I buy an Elite 4 or 4x head unit and make that work?

I can't find just the head unit on eBay or anywhere else like that. Lowrance doesn't list it either. I can call them tomorrow but they are closed now.

The unit new complete was only $99 when I got it new.

I love my little electronic. :-(

Not sure about your question but can I suggest you buy a ram mount for the new unit so you can quickly disconnect it and store it in your truck? Only about $30 and worth it IMO. Good luck!

Call this number or send an email and ask them your question.

They are the Lowrance repair shop on the east coast and they are honest.

And they won't try to sell you another model"
