No they aren't. I have the Wrangler Dura Trac in 10 ply and love them but they may be more aggressive than you want.

Are those the meaty ones?

The Duratrac is meaty as is the Wrangler MT with Kevlar. The AT has a slightly less aggressive tread. I can save $200 thru the GY discounts and my brothers fleet discount.

Mine were extremely squirly until they got broken in. But now pulling my 26' enclosed trailer they drive nearly as nice as the "highway" tires that came on the truck when it was new.
