I just picked up a Lucky Craft LV500 in Smallmouth and a LV500GP (Blade) in Gun Metal Shad, I have always had a few Redeye Shads, and Rat L Traps, but I never had much confidence in them. My biggest Smallies have come on SM painted baits, so I figured I would try the LV500, and I thought the LV500 Spin in Gun Metal would be a good Kokanee color. We will see, I still consider myself a novice, I have caught a few big SM, and a 5# LM, but I am still learning how to fish allot of my gear.

I also picked up a new Megabass Ito Vision 110 in a "limited" edition color, Puple Tiger. https://fbcdn-photos-a-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpa1/v/t1.0-0/r270/s480x480/11223596_1066050296753581_3765706911762256780_n.jpg?oh=9a9f3dc31390b10a0c9b4be606a549ad&oe=568CAEF6&__gda__=1453531504_daf8911b8afc4619180cf50fa0d10a1chope the link woks, if not do a search its a flamboyant color. I dont know it it will catch fish or not, I like collecting odd colors and Vision 110's in general.

I almost forgot, I got a Livingston Dive Master in Real Shad, it was marked down to $2.99 at a lttle gas station that has some fishing stuff. Not sure if they miss marked it, I dont know about the sound technology, but for $3 I will throw it.

Good luck. Hard to tell from the photos but if you can opt for the Owner deep throat hooks. They are strong and sharp. You will not lose many fish with these. Well worth a few cents more. Also you may want to try fishing some with living rubber in the fall. They tend to draw the bigger bites.

I have 18 3700 series full of jigs but Mr. Siebert will be getting my business again this fall/winter for more jigs, heads, and skirts. Good prices, selection, quality, and if I need anything special he will take care of it.

That's an awesome selection -- looks like you're ready for just about anything.

My optimum mud puppies arrived nice. But I ordered some AA plastic 5" baby pus. There larger than the mister twister 4" split double tail grubs I use for trailers. I been looking for trailers for my pike/muskie spinnerbaits and my mister twister super top props. Plus I want to cut them a tad to fit my bigger bass spinnerbaits. These split double tail plastics look so real behind a spinnerbait the fish can't refuse them. These split double tail grubs give a wider profile to the spinnerbait. Without them I catch nothing the spinnerbait doesn't work. Regular spinnerbaits it's the mister twister 4" split double tail grub with a trailer hook.

Nice collection! That represents a pretty significant investment.

Nice, I have about half that many, GG Smalmouth, Pumpkinseed, Ozark Shad, and GG Bass are my big producers.

I picked up a few more 110's today, Pro Blue, Killer Kawaguchi, and SB Zebra (like the Purple but Black). I also got a Giant Dog-X in PM Riagyo (found it new super cheap), Pumpkinseed, See Through Glitter Ayu, and French Pearl OB. These will be my first Giant Dog-X's, looking forward to them.

It's not too bad. They averaged out to about $10 each. I'll be loading up in March when I go to Japan.

Sounds cool. Is JDM stuff actually cheaper in Japan (taking into account duty, etc.)?

After the slowdown of the post-postspawn days and the doldrums of summer, the pre-prespawn period saw an upswing of substandard but numerous bass with a particular taste for the Bluegill Flash color Zoom Salty Super Fluke, whose nose deteriorates such that it slides down the hook after every two dink bites. This prompted me to purchase $108 dollars worth of them, only to discover that as pre-prespawn has transitioned into prespawn, the bass (getting larger) are preferring Watermelon Red Flake and June Bug two-to-one over Bluegill Flash. Alas, I am out of WRF and JB. When the next TW shipment arrives my wife will be throwing the box at my head, I am sure of that.

Using an owner twist-lock hook seems to have solved the nose-sliding problem for me for flukes. I have not, however, found a solution to the "not enough colors" problem that is capable of avoiding the Exasperated Spouse side effect.
