I wanna see this and the roumba fight to the death.

In other news, thank you children (mom obviously) for the Gander Mountain and Backcountry.com gift cards! Just grabbed a spool of smackdown for the frog rod and a Cardinal STX reel for the kid's cover combo.

Took advantage of THUT's Father's Day sale...loaded up on Sniper, Power Pro for the Lin Black Jungle/Super Red Demon combo, EWG hooks, and some swimbaits.

Also broke down today and finally ordered the NRX 893. My Metanium DC has found a new home. :)

I like your style. You are good at this.

Well, I couldn't resist some sales on frogs today so picked up a lunker hunt combat frog in cane pattern and booyah poppin pad crasher in bull frog pattern and a little frog from jawbone tackle that my daughter picked out.

Thanks Buddy. :)

You say good...my bank account says otherwise. ;)

Unfortunately I am not done yet. The TD Ito has displaced the Steez on my Phase III Bearing Down, so I am thinking about an Archangel for the Steez.

Have you posted pics in the "show off your stuff" thread? You definitely should.

Also please post impressions of the Archangel if you get one. I've yet to really get the skinny on those and I have two Envys. I'm very curious!!

I've always fished, but last year I got really into bass fishing. I started with a cheap spinning setup then this year I got my first baitcaster and loved it. After reading and reading about everything the bait monkey has it me hard and the field and stream that opened about 5 min away hasn't helped at all. Love walking in there and getting something new. This is a real addiction

Once I get everything in my hands I will...going up to the cabin next weekend for some fishing....I'll take some photos.

Will do...I need to talk to someone at *** first to ask some questions. Although the Archangel might have to wait, as I might pull the trigger on an Evoluzion Mephisto. ;)

Stopped by a DSG and they had Rage Craws in clearance BOGO unfortunately they only had 6 packs. All green pumpkin pearl belly. I find myself getting much less picky about my plastics color selection. I Mostly use Perfect Plastics and Rage Tails so I'll take whatever is on sale lol

I'm under attack by the Kayak Monkey. Next week I'm demoing the 2015 Hobie Mirage Outback and a few different WS Rides.

You guys were right. This monkey's no joke.

I'm not sure of the name. I got it at bass pro. It came with some of there boxes but I replaced them with some shallow pro latch planos and a couple other ones for crankbaits, spinnerbaits and a terminal tackle one. I love the soze because I can fit all of my stuff in there

Buzzed bait,

Have you used the plug jacket covers prior to your order? Any feedback as far as how the hold up with regular use? I was reading some reviews on the Rod Glove brand and there seems to be lots of complaints about the red bleeding through. I have a few of BPS lure wraps and like them for the most part. Looking to add some more in the future ...

These are the first lure covers I've had. They seem very well made too. I store the rods in the hull of my kayak when transporting so it's going to make it easier pulling them out and keeping them untangled. Not to mention may save me a treble hook in the hand one day....

The grass is growing thick and swim jigs with paddle tail swim baits work the best in my ponds during this time of year. Everyone praises Siebert jigs so I figure I'll see what all the fuss is about.

These came in yesterday and I am very happy with the quality
