Restocked on some Booty Shakers. If you haven't tried these you really should. The plastic is so soft, yet somehow durable (its not elaztech).

I'll fish them as stand-alone as well as swim jig trailers (3.25 and 4.0, depending on the size profile you want). The swim jig has a 4.0 on it with the head of the bait trimmed off. Last pic is the 5.0.

Those look absolutely amazing.  Love the bulk of the body and the tail.  Bet that thing THUMPS.

That profile looks very similar to the Miyagi Swimmer, have you tried those? I like the idea of the smaller sizes on a swimjig

I have. Very similar. But the Miyagi only comes in 4.75". Where as the Booty Shaker comes in 4 or 5 different sizes.

Uncle frank from BTL got me again.  Yum dinger In blue smoke.  SPine craw in GB haze. Lizard in dirt purple.  Lizard in watermelon pear laminate.  Norman DD 22 white black green.  I wish lure net had that color in a shallower crank

Thanks to the latest sale thread I picked up a TFO Tactical 7’3” ML. 49.99 with free shipping. Guess I need a new reel now.

Went a little overboard. A whole box of Googan baits, and 13 bags of Zoom Baby Brush Hogs.

Monkey got me for some buzzer stuff and a World Popper.  First two flashboost Shimano baits have been nothing less than stellar, wasn't crazy about the colors on any of these baits, but they just work.

The only way I'd have a dropshot bait in my haul is if they were free....which they were lol.    I'll try them on the flashback mini or something.

I keep wanting to get the World Minnow and popper. And to me, those Stanley Ribbit's are still the best toad-style baits out there.

Few things from TW.

The Magic Man in Regurgitated Shad has become one of my favorite lipless. Got a few more packs of different sizes/colors in the Machete Minnow. Great Chatterbait trailer. And decided to check out the Hayabusa Lil' Schmitty Swim Jig. The head on this thing is THIN. I'm a swim jig fanatic, so I'm always trying out different ones. Siebert's Shot Caller is still my go-to (which I did get a box in the mail today from Mike).

Great to hear on those stanleys....I stupidly buy what I think looks good and then rush home to look at the reviews on TW ?

I'm about done shopping local, I almost always have to compromise with what I go in looking for, whereas TW has everything I want 99% of the time, but I just hate the shipping times.   Other places have been great but don't offer everything I want like TW.   First world problems lol.

You always got that fire, I'm a survivor, you're a max thriver if we were Bass in a monkey pool ?

I keep wanting to get the World Minnow

I bought one this past winter and tried it for first time on Saturday.  I caught all 7 fish that morning on that jerk bait.  Its the gold and black-colored one I have.  The factory hooks seem pretty good and stout, I don't think I'm going to change them.  I'm going to give it a stiffer test later this week on bigger smallmouth water.  Its heavier than the MB visions too, so it casts easier and further.

I did pile into a pike at one point and I was freaking out about getting snipped off so I quickly hoisted that snot rocket into the boat before he could steal my new lure lol

I just wanted to see how well I could walk this new Flashboost World Popper down on the dock.

Made 20 casts, caught 2 small guys, and had two other blow ups......once again a flashboost lure has blown me away almost immediately out of the box.   Keep in mind I bought a SB-105 last week, have thrown it for a few hours across the lake, and caught zero fish, two small blowups.

The bait doesn't walk all that great, and pops about like any other popper, but between these greyish Shimano hooks they come with, and the flashboost, these things honestly are fish magnets.

The Flashboost swimbait outfishes every other swimbait I own

The Flashboost World Minnow is every bit as effective as a Vision 110 albeit differently used

And now the Flashboost World Popper is likely gonna be the best popper I've owned.

Keep it coming Shimano!

Just some 1.25oz for punching through the thick matts and few underspin heads and paddles for deep sea.

I don't know why looking at pics of newly purchased tackle makes me happy, but outside of the latest catch thread this one produces the most smiles from me.

You're a freak, a serial offender, and you're way past the point of help ?

I totally agree with you. On both of those statements. ?

That’s a nice haul, you will definitely catch some on those. I have not seen the 1/4oz locally, hmm ? new ideas lol. I kept all of my mini max and 2 jackhammers when I got rid of my stuff. I really like the mini max, dare I say more than the jackhammer.

Yeah I like them a lot. It seems the 1/4 oz has the same rate of fall as the 3/8 oz Jackhammer/regular size Chatterbait.

Yeah there different in certain ways for sure. I fish a place near me that just turns into weeds here pretty soon. The weeds are coming up quite a bit already. I have thrown a 1/2oz mini max and trailer and it comes through fine. Then I tried a full size jackhammer with trailer and it worked but seemed to catch a lot more weeds. Probably the profile difference is my guess, I will definitely have to try the 1/4oz if I can find them around me. Thanks for the insight and first hand experience, knowledge is always good.
