I have 14 Lovers in my TW cart. but look....JACKALL!

Personally I'm not a big fan of jackall. I prefer duo realis and megabass. Molix is up there as well for the quality. There products are from italy!

Go to JPAngler.com I think, and they have them for around 15 - 17.

But even at $22 - $25 for a Megabass I don't think it is too much.

Someones not a broke college kid or highschool fishing junkie lol

Broke collage kid I am not, and last hall of a high school I saw was with my son at an orientation.

But I think fishing junkie about sums it up. Now I'm not a person top have 50 of one lure, and one in each color. I do however like to try new baits, and as time has gone on the price range has varied. It wasn't to long ago I though a $15 crank was way too much. Now I have no problem paying $30 for something I don't have.

I guess I am just lucky to have a great paying job, an understanding wife, and I think one of the best hobbies/passions out there (Fishing!).

Its tough to get lures, rods, reels, etc. as a broke college kid. I was one once, I found that if you search through ebay, amazon, or the BR For sale section you can find some great deals.

There is precious little that I purchase brand new at full retail price, especially when it comes to rods and reels.

You sir are no baitmonkey victim and I'm jealous of your restraint and self control.

Another package from bass pro thanks to gift cards from my wedding should be here tomm. And I'll be all set on baits for this year. While I fine tune my fishing style and learn the baits

Couple new goodies, Suspending Waxwings

Where did you get those? I've been looking for them for a couple months since I had good luck with them in the keys. How do bass like them?

Got em at a small local shop up here, they are deadly for smallmouth.

Don't know about the double treble on it. One of the cool things about using the salt water versions was the relatively weedless single double hook on it. Can't wait to try these suspending versions.

I'm debating on cancelling my TW order, because they keep putting half my 100 dollar order on backorder. Those darn g fix duo realis lipless crankbaits in ghost bluegill keep knocking me back till like april 15! I ordered it march 2nd. Do I call, have them refund then order something else? I was thinking a popmax. Or should I get a mini popper? If anyone is in the chicagoland area, heading to lees bait and tackle (thank god its only 10 mins away), supposedly the best in the midwest for JDM shipped usa.

But I am, I'm just a victim of his cheaper cousin, the second hand baitmonkey. I used to be a casual fisherman, until I went fishing with a friend of mine on his boat and found a few discussion boards like this and TT. Since then it's been bombs away on my wallet and Paypal account. Luckily, my wife also likes to fish so all those purchases are "for us"... ;)
