Just went to the local sportsman show and picked up a Temple Fork Outfitters Signature rod for $25 and a bunch of hand poured plastics. But that rod price was ridiculous. I didn't even need it but I couldn't pass it up.

My small (~1oz) swimbait/glide box is officially ready to go for spring. A little bit of everything. Some long and skinny, some short and fat, floaters and sinkers and some variety of good jerk/steady retrieve/glide looks.

I caved in and picked up the new Alphas along with a 100mm carbon handle for it. image_zpstbj3oesk.jpg

I emailed Jun a couple of days ago, trying to get info on the release dates....no luck. He said i was 7th on the list and they would ship when they arrived. Not what i was looking for. What ratio did you go with?

I ordered from another site. They only had a few available in the 105shl model. It's 7:2:1

Yeah, they just came up last night.  Hopefully the RH's will show up soon.  You just can't beat that price.

Hit up the dollar bin at walmart. Picked up three different 3/8oz hula poppers, 4 different zara spook puppies and a couple rebel jerkbaits. Not bad for $9...

Passed thru Nashville and stoppd at the Bass Pro Shops. Bought a Livingston crankbait that makes three sounds. Yeah, I know its a gimmick lure but I figure I'll have fun trying it out when the fishing is slow. Also picked up some Bass Pro Shops stick baits with paddle tails. Finally one of those Strike King naked rage blade lures.

Ouch...thay money well spent though!

Yes I believe it will be well worth it. Got a great deal on the tm tho. Paid less than 800 for it!

Stopped by the tackle shop this morning to pick up a couple of E6X rods and what else did I find, the new for 2015 Dirty Jigs swim jig colors. I was pretty surprised to see them because I haven't seen any pics of them yet, just the pre order on their website. They have 4 colors but I can only remember 3, Blue Glimmer, Sexy Guntersville Shad, and Spot Special. I picked up 1 Blue Glimmer in 5/16oz and 2 Spot Special's, 5/16oz and 3/8oz. Can't wait to fish the Spot Special, hopefully I'll get to Sunday.

Stopped by Walmart to get some weighted hooks(my local shop was closed for some reason) and looked in the bargain bin and found 19 discontinued Rebel wee r's and deep wee r's. All for $31.00. I was pleased.
