Ha, I've made three this week and there might be more before the week is over.

Ya - begged, pleaded and cajoled the wife and she let me order another rod. Nothing fancy, but one that fills a perceived gap.

I just bought TW out of some 6th Sense jigs in certain colors and weights. Those specific ones are backordered until June and July now. Good Lord, please don't let 2021 shape up to be anything remotely similar to 2020 with things backordered to hell and nothing in stock. I fear what the shelves are going to look like when things heat up in the spring. That's why I've gone bonkers this winter more than anything. I was pretty screwed last year on many baits and terminal tackle and even some line.

I bought a lot of stuff this week from a lot of places because many of the things I wanted were backordered to the point that they might as well be discontinued. Well, that led to panic buying. ?

I also hope 2021 isn't as tackle-scarce as 2020 was.

Decided to check out the 13 Fishing lipless. The color is called Regurgitated Shad. Didn't even notice the eyes when I ordered it. ?IKqLszS.jpg

6th Sense jigs are my all time confidence jigs, need to order some of the punching and California swim jig models, but other than that most of my jigs are 6th Sense, great products!

Heck of a mail day.  First 6th sense

sack came and so did my garmin echomap uhd 73sv.  Only thing I’m not crazy about in the sack is the divine hybrid jig and that’s only because, I make my own jigs. Not necessarily a knock against 6th sense.   It looks like a good quality jig. the jigs are the only thing I probably won’t try or use honestly.

Bought these on closeout and hadn't yet posted a pic, can't wait to get them in the boat.  Set one up on my desk to mark spots in the meantime while the water is still frozen.

Picked up a few baits in the ever popular firecraw color to try out for my early season fishing.

I don't remember firecraw being "ever popular."  I know there are guys that have seen fishing trends come and go more than I have.  But this has to be the trendiest since I started bass fishing in 2015.

I think I had a dream that they were selling cheereos in firecraw now.

I might be the only guy on the website that hasn't tried the Firecraw pattern. I think I'll start another thread and get some reviews.

Might be a small group, but you’re not alone. I own nothing “fireclaw” outside of a few old school red cranks, and have absolutely no intention of falling for the marketing hype anytime soon. Hell, as a matter of principal, it took me a good 10 years before I finally bought a lure with the color name “sexy shad.” ?

Do you use any Reaction Innovation baits? Now there's a company with a sense of humor. As if Sweet Beaver wasn't bad enough, some of their color names are something else. ?

Honey Doo Doo

Hillbilly Special

Blank Check

White Trash

Tramp Stamp

Taco Truck

Spring Break

Penetration

Main Vein

Low Blow

One of my favorite color names is Z-Man's Goby Bryant.

I think I still have 2 or 3 bags of Sweet Beavers I bought 8 or 9 years ago, but they were a pretty tame color name as I recall. Never was overly fond of their soft plastics. Did like (and own) some of their top waters though like the Swamp Donkey and the Vixen.

Don’t really follow the googans, but these jigs looked pretty good, and with my free trial membership at Karl’s they were priced just right.

Got 2 packages today. My Shellcracker FINALLY showed up after being lost in Narnia for a week. Then I got these tiny little morsels. I use to fish the tiniest sized Hula Popper a lot when I was a kid and caught everything with them, but casting them was awful since they cast like a dead leaf. These are 1/10oz and should cast nicely on light spinning gear.
