Yesterday I ordered a Daiwa Revros LT2000 and a Fenwick HMX 70M-FS for another finesse rig.

Today I stopped at WM and somehow...somehow...I ended (started) up in the fishing section. Bought some clearance Trilene XL 6 lb mono and some Strike King Ned rig kits (Rage Cut R worm and Rage Ned Bug) in Crawdaddy.

I haven't bought anything since I stopped catching bass, but I think I need a frog rod, or maybe a general purpose heavy rod as I don't own one yet.

Bait Monkey's working on it for me.

Actually though I am building a bed for my minivan so I can make multi-day trips. Probably get a fridge, and I dunno what else, I'll see if the Monkey can help with that too.

To stay on topic - last purchase was an Ugly Stik Elite (light) and a Trion reel. Wanna try some creek fishing.

I bought a Garmin Vivid 9sv, mostly because my Lowrance Elite 5 HDI started freezing regularly and doing things like reading 124 feet in 10 feet of water. It's a Christmas present because my wife said, "Can I give you that for Christmas?"

Santa Monkey delivered today.  I am still waiting on some Megabass Vision 110's, 2 Magdraft Swimbaits, a Vatalion and a Sonic Side crankbait, a spool of 15lb Daiwa FC, 6 packs of Senko's and a St. Croix Mojo Yak Rod.  Also, I already put away over half of my Siebert's order (I can't plug these guys enough, great jigs).  I got lucky on the Quantum reels ($61 on the KVD Smoke and $90 on the Tour S3).  One more rod before spring and the monkey is done for the year (not really).

Decided to finally pick this rod up. Other than a few tw reviews theres not really any information about it. It seems like it's made from the same materials as other daiwa glass rods and for $80 why not. Picked up the tatula ct too so  this chatter bait combo  I got for under $200.

I just knocked out a good chunk of my holiday gift cards.  I picked up a St. Croix Premier 6'6" mf spinning rod, and a Carbonlite 6'6" mf spinning rod.

Finally got both my new rod and reel in...Daiwa Tatula Elite 100XS and Daiwa Tatula Elite 7’4 MHR Howell. It’s a legit Chatterbait combo...weather sucks but I’m very excited for it.

Picked these 3 up at the local sporting goods store.  They have sold lunkerhunt hard baits for a while, so I bought 2.  Both lunkerhunt flat side jolt 2.5f one in silver side (right) and red hot (left) .  Those might be good for the spring paid $4.99.  Seems like decent reviews on line except the hooks

also a strike king (bottom)  1.5 square bill.  Store sticker covered up what the color is called.

You ordering from Hammonds now too?  They’re about an hour away from me and are unquestionably the finest mom-and-pop tackle shop I’ve ever set foot in.

Of course I never been there but they've been one of my favorite vendors for a little while.

Great customer service and a nice inventory of they stuff I like.

a pack of hook bonnets

Come to the dark side - we don't stick our fingers.

I think I've purchased/used close to 10 packs of Owner bonnets in getting all my treble lures covered in the last couple years.
