Nice re-up, what color are those? Also, what color is your main body of water?

Added a small assorment of the new Megabass silent Sonicside squarebill to the arsenal.

Pic doesn't do them justice - very nice looking baits.

Expecting big things from that Perch pattern.

Also kicked it up a notch with a couple of 3/4 oz Jackhammers.

Bait monkey gave me a thumbs-up.

I picked up a perch Sonicside a few weeks ago and it was exactly what I was hoping that it wouldn't be. An impressive bait that I would want to fill an entire plano box up with.

Very impressed with them, and the perch color is versatile enough that it could be a craw imitator too.

I bought a new reel yesterday during the ebay sale—with no rod to pit it on. I don’t know what is wrong with me. ?

I keep telling myself that I am going to get rid of some of my gear so that I have fewer setups, but of better quality. The problem is I never sale the stuff I do have. Just keep adding more. Guess it’s time to look for a new rod.

Where did you find those also? I looked at TW and they are sold out

I either bought mine from The Tackle Trap or eBay. There are plenty of online stores that have them in stock though.

All of them are Bluegill Flash with the exception of the two 4.8 ones on the bottom left wich are Sexy Shad (these 2 packs are for my A-rigs where i like the big one to be from a diferent color so it can stand out from the decoys).

Pretty much almost all of my local lakes and ponds have clear water with just a very few ones with more stained, greenish water.

Are those Sling Bladez spinnerbaits good? I've been thinking about stocking up on those.

This vendor usually carries a decent selection of quality baits -

Interested to see how the sonicside performs compared to the Flat 75 from 6th Sense.

Me - Too

The 6th Sense bait has been a mainstay in my super early season arsenal for a while.

May do a side by side - cast for cast, one vs the other; if I can get on the right bite.

This Sonicside is totally silent - so I like that as an option right off the bat.

And I'm pretty pumped about the Perch - which is not a 6th sense pattern; at least this slightly translucent GP Megabass pattern.

We'll see & I'll let you know.

Hopefully, I will be able to tell the story with pictures, video & scale usage.

These fall squarely into the category of 'hard to find'.

At least they were for me . . .

I love the Showerblow's. Excellent choice!

Thanks - great to hear.

I've heard all kinds of rave reviews about them.

Hopefully, I can find out what that's all about by feeding one to an obese smalling in the near future; if not sooner.

I was at the Classic this weekend and ended up with two of the Stanford Boom Boom frogs. One is the standard Boom Boom and the other is their new Boom Boom Popp’r frog.

I am O for 3 on the clip on cull tags so far.

All have failed miserably; falling off or getting torn off by spirited brown bass.

Going to give the newest (updated design) from T-H Marine a shot at it.

We'll See.

They ganged up on me forcing me to sell my Ascend 128T and buy a Lure 11.5 with the overdrive ...

How do you like that Lure kayak? I've been thinking about getting one.
