If someone is making those, they're doing a terrific job copying the Storm Wildeye Shad.

It may just be re-packaged, I don't trust everything in this shop to not really be something else.  Also, I noticed lines still attached to the hook eyes after I took the picture.  Oh well, good looking bait nonetheless.

They sell a ton of used cranks at this store, some so beat up that I don't know who would buy them.  Occasionally I find something good though.

I know a guy at the local flea market that does something like that. Sells packs of plastics with 1 or 2 missing and some of them have hook holes in them. Gotta be careful what you buy off him but he has some pretty good deals.

Love that color! Wish my waters were clear enough to warrant it.

On another note.. I told myself I never would but I bought a freakin whopper plopper. I'm starting with a Perch 90 and if I have any sort of success I'm sure a few more will follow.

I finally broke down and bought a whopper plopper. If it doesn't work I will blame everyone on this website and hold you personally responsible for the $12.99 I paid plus tax.  Also bought some $4 square bills.

Don't blame us, you bought the wrong size! 190 all the way...Go BIG, or Go home.

Second Aetos showed up today barely. Both ends were missing from the shipping tube. One end still had the round shaped foam padding still in the other only had the bubble wrap they had put around the end of the rod making for a interference type fit. But as scared as I was I eased it out and she is perfectly fine.

Beautiful rods, aren't they. Even more so in the sunlight. I also love the rubberized cork grip.

Mine came thursday (7'2" MH-XF), ordered late Monday night.  It's my second Aetos; I got another from FFO last winter.

I got a size 90 whopper plopper in bluegill  a couple weeks ago and got to try it yesterday morning -- I thought it worked just fine. Actually, I was impressed at how well it could be "popped" in place, and how slow it could be retrieved with the tail going. I'm definitely going to get a 130 as well, but so far I haven't experienced the problems others have reported about the 90.

Went by academy at lunch to pick up some more 3700 boxes to finish out my new Okeechobee Fats tackle bag (came with 4, but will fit a lot more), ended up getting a 3700 deep, a regular 3700 and a 3600 spinner bait box.  It all fit very nicely and even had room leftover to fit my bait binder in the top.  I currently have 4 x 3700s, 1 x 3700 deep, a 3600 and a bait binder packed full all zipped up in this bag.  Now that's a heckuva bag!  I can't upload the pics yet from this device, but I'm very impressed.  Also picked up some more terminal tackle, Mag Ol' Monster 12 in. worms, a Pop-R, and a small rebel trackdown barbless.

They are extremely pretty. I didn't even know how crazy the paint was on them as their pictures do not reflect the ghost like color changes. I actually thought I got the new model by accident because the picture colors on their website look nothing like the rods I got. Definitely a plus in my book. All I can say is if pretty caught fish I would need a 3rd live well.

This spring at DSG Lunker Hunt Kraken square bills were on sale for $3 a piece.  I bought a dozen.  They're great for the price, although the lip is pretty fragile.
