Well it rained here last night and totally killed the fishing this morning. I headed over to Walmart just to browse. The bait monkey can just sneak up and next thing you know..............

You're gonna love that Rapala. I can't wait till the water cools down to use mine again.

The reviews seem really good for it. The build quality is very nice as well.

Thats incredible!

I'm more of a jerkbait guy though.  X-80s and 110s/110 jrs are my JAM.  I love fishing them, heck I love just looking at them!

Yeah, he's definitely got the sickness. He's owned over 400 pop x baits but now only collects the rare and limited colors.

Reload on the Flick Shakes. Managed to drop my Rcs 1000 orange shallow spool. Let me tell ya, these things are fragile. Went with a purple Rcs 1012 SV spool this round. Hopefully I can keep myself from dropping this one.

What reel or reels do you like that particular spool for? Is the casting distance gained noticeable or worthwhile?

Some reason I remember a store as a kid that had all the hot-wheels.png displayed in a case similar to this.

On a side note dusting that is going to be a bieach! :lol-045:

I have a red one I've used in both my FX68 and Tdz 103. In those platforms this spool gets after it. It doesn't seem as slowed down, sluggish, or reserved as other stock SV spools I've used. My favorite SV spool for pretty much anything and everything. I haven't tried the Steez 105 SV spool though. It's 2 grams lighter, but I'm impressed enough with the 1012 to not be tempted to spend the extra money. I've used the 1010 stock spool, 1016 spool, SV 1000 deep and shallow spools, and the 1012 in my FX68. I prefer the 1012. It screams pretty good while still staying relatively controlled. I can launch a heavy - ish bait or finesse the lighter stuff with a smile on my face every cast.

The spool I dropped landed right on the lip. Tweaked it to the point of no return.
