Latest eBay winnings.  Won for $25 shipped.  2 Norman DD-14 black and sparkle .  2 lucky craft classical leader’s in aurora black.  These kinda have a square bill but, not I guess.  They dive 7-8 ft.  I’m thinking it’s a discontinued series from lucky craft.

I believe this place on eBay deals primarily with overstocked and discontinued baits.  They do have new stuff like lots of jack hammers

@Friggs Those bps branded rods are nice for the money. If for some reason this one breaks I recommend upgrading to the bps panfish elite, I have 2 and think they’re a steal at the $80.00 price. Also if you’re at bps check out their house brand bladed jig (shudderlicious) not available in Fire craw color but a good bladed jig with good action. Lastly you mentioned a tight budget so if you’re at Wal Mart check out their house brand (Ozark Trail) crank baits, they have a bluegill pattern that produced well for me in my local retention ponds. Also they carry strike king finesse swim jigs that are an absolute must buy every time I’m in Wal Mart along with the $1.00 spinner baits.4F3200C3-7CA0-4BFE-803B-DE7753E7F04C.jpeg.f36ae0a72b0bf477096b24e82af3dda6.jpeg0459E7A4-62F1-432B-AA9D-4ECA2F744114.jpeg.af54ed00e66c93e79b8884eea4cc8508.jpeg

Thanks so much for the info. I wondered about their cheap spinnerbaits. I did buy one of their Ozark Trail whopper plopper lure. It worked okay until some idiot that can't cast to save his life landed it high up in a tree. I won't say who it was since I don't want to embarrass myself publicly more than I already do. I was able to get a number of River2Sea ploppers so I don't need to but theirs. But I did look at some of their other baits. They don't look any worse then the Bass Pro Shops baits look. Thanks again.

God bless and tight lines.

Got some stuff from the super baitwrx sale. Enough line to make it through the fungus apocalypse and a few more things. Had to trailer up the jig and Thundercricket. The wakes came straight from Livingston. Inexpensive 3.95$ shipping. Shipped same day too. If you like small wakes at around 70mm, these are special. Different in most ways, and outproduced everything last season.

Scooped a 8lb & 12lb spool of Daiwa Samurai J-Fluoro on sale at Cabela's, couldn't turn a 40% off deal down. 12lb went on my cranking and spinnerbait/dark sleeper rod and the 8lb will be going on a 7' 3" MF bottom-contact spinning rig. Bummer there was no 16lb in stock for my jig rod.

Organized the boat,  gave stuff I don't use to my nephew. So naturally I had to fill up some of the empty space again.

Actually really excited and scared to use the trace.

I’m blaming @WRB for this one. I’ve always wanted to try out Don Iovino’s plastics but just never did. Happy to get some before they’re gone.

Picked out a few clearance deals at Academy today.

1/2 oz RES 2-tap $3.69

2x KVD 300 jerkbaits $5.18 ea

And a 40 pack of tungsten weights for only $18.46. Very, very happy with that price, normal price for that pack was $49.99.

That's a great deal on those tungsten weights. I stopped by my local Academy this morning to see if I could do the same and they pulled up $59.98 on the scanner.

Yeah they did a packaging refresh/rebranding in the past few months from H2O Xpress (old name) to H2OX (new one), and have been blowing out all of the older branded items to clear shelf/peg space for the new ones, I was lucky to snag this one.

I noticed they now have their own H20X branded soft plastics for $3.99/pack. I saw some senkos, trick worms, and either crawfish or creatures (can't remember). They were on a display rack at the entrance of the store.

I meant to grab a couple of bags before I left but I left through an empty checkout line and forgot about them. So take THAT bait monkey.

My Exsence Ci4 finally came in yesterday so I spooled it up with 20# X8 grand and popped it on the Kameyama.  Going to be hard to put this combo down this summer, it feels as good as it looks!  Hope I have enough time to put the cork knob on it after I put my son to bed tonight I think that’ll be the icing on the cake ?

I am really excited to get back out on the water this summer.  It’s been a few years since I’ve been able to get after it like I used to but now my son is old enough to teach the joys of fishing.  My combos are pretty dialed and I’ll be fixing up the flotilla so we can make the most of the warm months!

I have two of them, They are really great reels, very light and smooth and when you looking at it, more like 2000 size but they are 3000. Congratulations and good luck. :)

I finally bought some fishing stuff again, it’s be a couple months. Kind of a little odd for me lol, I was on a knife buying kick recently. I was waiting for a local store to get a different variety of beast coast jigs in. I went in today and lo and behold they had a new variety yay, poor wallet. Missed 3 days off work two weeks ago due to the wife being in the hospital and me having to watch the children, but family comes first.

3 beast coast working man’s swim jigs 1/4 oz, dirty money, special shad, dope gill

2 beast coast ow sniper jigs 3/8 oz stealth pb&j, mb melon

1 beast coast 5/8 oz baby dozer in elite craw

1 megabass 110 jr in pm twilight chart back

feels good to be back, almost forgot the one in the trunk of the car 4” mister twister grub in yellow.

Not exactly a tackle purchase rather a tackle holder. I added the extra rod holders to be able to take several combos rigged and ready to go.

I'm looking to get one of these next week, I think the desert sand would look great with my chartreuse kayak but so does black.

I’m curious what’s the purpose of padeye tether/handle?

To make it easier to raise the lid while turned around on the yak, my left hand partially works due to a stroke. It’s also the reason for 8 rod holders, it sometimes takes me up to 20 minutes to tie on a lure. I try not to re-tie while on the water.

It looks like a nice mod, I think I'll do something similar. I'm looking to run the same amount of rod holders too, if you can fit 8, you bring 8.

Put 2 more on the back and you can bring 10! ?

I bought an Evergreen Combat swimbait rod from The Hook Up Tackle and got a free $200 JDM box with the purchase. Some interesting stuff and some baits I will definitely try out.

Well I didn’t NEED another rod but I was looking for a slower taper casting rod that could handle my jerks/cranks/other moving treble hook baits as well as having a higher weight rating to throw my smaller glides up to 1.5…

Yesterday I saw an Evergreen Combat Stick 7’1M/regular (3/8-2oz) on Amazon for $145 and I had a $20 gift card in my balance so she came home for $125.

I already had the 7’8” wakebait rod in that line and have been super impressed with it especially for a $200 rod, there was no way I could turn down one for $125!  Now I just have to figure out if I like a Exsence DC or PXL-R better on it. ?
