Received my lightning rod from pure fishing ($39/clearance).  It's a 6ft M.  Should be an awesome jerkbait and topwater rod...wish I'd have purchased 2.

FYI, you can get this for $20 now while the code lasts.

That has the potential to be dangerous. Luckily I couldn’t afford anything but the $19.99 special ?

No doubt! I have a cart full of Money Badgers, Slobber Knockers, Frittsides and bunch of plastics. I haven't pulled the trigger yet because I don't need any of this, but dang it's hard to pass up that deal. I think I'm subconsciously hoping the code expires before I do hit submit.

I'd be in big trouble if I were an Abu guy. (not saying Abu is bad, just not a fan compared to other companies)

Monkey didn't tag me too hard for BF.....my only purchase during it was a small TW order.

Got some metal and a tactical crank because I watch too much Tactical Bassin.   Got a bigger BD Shad because big fish love the 5" model, why not a 6" lol.    Lastly got a few more Flashback Minis with a few more coming due to back order because they are magic.

Your move Monkey!

Monkey said I didn't need anything this year... I told him to shut your mouth!! lol

I'm bad about taking pictures when monkey purchases arrive.... I just want to play!!!

Just glued up the handle on 1 of 2 MB812XF-MHX-M blanks to be jerkbait rods.

Other BF buys:

-3 pflueger Pres XT reels

-Garmin 106sv

-a couple handfuls of Berkley Stunna's

-magabass 110's

-misc line etc,

& -an order from fishingskirts to make more jigs and spinnebaits than I'll ever use.

Since I already have more rods than I need I clearly needed to add some more to the arsenal...

UN4S0at.jpg?1

Had to have the 700 Dobyns Sierra BFS rod to throw all those new BFS baits.

Couldn't pass up a 40% off deal on St Croix:

-6'10"MLXF mojo for finesse spinning on the kayak.

-6'8"MXF mojo casting for topwaters and jerkbaits on the kayak.

-7'4"H xtreme for the heck of it. Always intrigued but the price kept me away since I've been so happy with the NRX line. However, at 40% nocandefend...

Also added the SLX 7'3" swimbait rod for the kayak since 8 footers are a bit much.

Picked up the SLX BFS from JLS... always appreciate the premium lure as a gift.

Put a Zillion HD on the 7'4" xtreme and that handle feels much better in hand than I'd expected. Really looking forward to throwing this combo next time out.

Couldn't pass up some deals to add to the swimbait collection. Crazy how inexpensive those savages are for a really solid SB.

Burritos are great and I was glad to see TW is going to carry Hawg Hunters. Much more expensive than a Hudd, but at 20% off I was willing to give it a shot.

I’m excited for the 5” burrito. Seems like a perfect size for my waters.

This is how I roll.  I just simply love fishing rods.  All rods have a different taper and are unique.  That's why I don't sell rods when I get new ones, like I did when I was younger.  If I need an aircraft hanger to hold my collection....like jay leno...it's gone too far :)

Although my “collection” pales in comparison in both size and price range to many on here I have a problem in that I cannot leave a rod without a reel on it. Stupid I know and I’ve bought some lower end reels to fill the holes which didn’t work out as well as I’d hoped.
