Mine is on the way. I got to try one out today and couldn't resist.  It might be the best Daiwa reel I have picked up and that includes a couple of Steez's.

I have the Steez SV and CT.

I can't explain it but the Zillion seems to have that "It" factor.  I know that I just played with it for a few minutes but I plan to put it through it's paces when it gets here from Japan.   I also can't explain why I might like it better than the two Steez's I have.  I plan on putting it with a Megabass Evoluzion Super Diablo.  We will see.

How do you like the CT?  I have been in the process of upgrading my gear since around mid last year and I have been thinking of a light casting rig like a NRX 852C/842C with a Steez CT on it.

I love it.  It's smoother than the SV and it's fun to fish. I have it paired with a NRX 802C with Sunline Shooter Finesse Special 8lb. I use it for just about anything down to a 1/16 jig head with a 4.5in Roboworm and up to 3/8 oz 5in senko. It is also great for Easy Shiners.  I like to think of it as an almost BFS reel. I believe with the proper rod it could handle even lighter baits.

Well we got some hair jigs, 1/32-1/8 oz

mister twister 3” 4” grubs

2 packs chasebaits curly baits 4”

1 pack baby bass Yamamoto 5” grubs

1 pack black 5” senkos

1 pack air tail wigglers 6” watermelon red

4 road runners in 1/4

I like to try random things here and there, I don’t like to relying on the same techniques over and over. I want to be able to have a nice diverse skill set of different presentations, versus being a master of one. Although being really good at one thing can be a great thing too.

Been wanting to try the BMS Sniper for a while.  Have you used it before?  Does it have sections of gray/smoke color?

This is my first time trying it.  I liked the Invisible so much that I wanted to try the BMS and it was a lot cheaper from Japan so I thought why not.  It is all sorts of colors though.... clear, pink, yellow, gray, pink, green, and orange.  I will use it a few times and report back.

First impressions and 17 fish later, I think it's pretty amazing.  It's probably not worth the US price but its really cool. You can easily see it, any movement of the line is really noticeable, casts well and its tough as nails. I might actually like it better than Tatsu.

Nice.  Digitaka has 300m spools of bms for a good price.  It's a go next order.

Yep. I needed this Bat for night fishing this Summer. They're constantly hitting your line so I'm sure the bass have eaten some.

I've caught a couple on my bat.  A nice crawler bait.
