3 more 3700 Edge boxes, this time the Thin version - and about the only thin thing in this house - because why not

Got one as a gifting this Fishmass - if only I could afford to purchase them...really good boxes.

Thanks for posting that up! I've been looking at his cosmic spinnerbaits. Nice seeing a photo of it up close.

Yeah, they are pricy. To be honest that's it for me for now, I only got handful of them for the someone-else's-boat bag, or to take with me on 2-3 day trips. Most of the stuff is still stored in normal 3600 and 3700s or just regular Ikea plastic bins here at home.

I might use it a little for frogging, I am thinking that it might be ok for some light punching and some 1.5oz grass jigs. I thought about waiting for the new ones to be released, but I figured why not give it a try. I have noticed that the new Expride rods have a different action to them, although I don't go off of  what it says until it's in my hands and I can compare it to other rods in the store.I was highly considering buying a p5 destroyer rod, the x-bites but it just felt a little softer than what I was looking for.

I have that rod and fish water right near Kzoo.  It'll definitely do what you want and I think you'll love it.  You could add in a weedless magdraft and other 6-7" swimbaits.  I found it to be super versatile when the weeds get thick in the summer, horizontal punching w/ heavy grass jigs being one of my favorites.

Never fished a jig before and I want to try this year. I have no idea what I’m doing haha. I also don’t have a spinning reel so I picked this one up. I wanted to try something different and saw it recommended on tackle advisors

You'll enjoy jig fishing.  I hadn't tried one until last year.  It can be frustrating at first but when you figure it out boy is it fun.  They simply get bit

On the way back from dropping my mom off at the airport today...I really needed to use a bathroom. I convinced my wife that the DSG we were passing was perfect. So clean. I don't do gas station nightmare toilets. Nope. I swore I wouldn't go shopping. Sprinting upstairs to the fishing department and grabbing one lure I knew was on sale beforehand isn't really shopping, right? Right!

I’d love to try those but I tend to smash wooden baits into toothpicks  on the first throw

I'm into buying silent or close to silent hard baits at the moment. Plenty of buzz on this bait. We have nothing but mush around here, so it'll probably hold up.

Ironically I just watched a video of Ott making one of those in his garage

Whats in the top photo?  I see something that says 100 mph but doesn't look like rain gear to me.

I slipped one in under the wire today and ordered my 1st ARK rod before the spring sale ended. Nice savings. If it's actually shipped quickly, and if UPS doesn't do me dirty by delivering a 2-piece-special, I'll be fishing with it during next weekend's warmup.

Thank you and I will. I was waiting for my local shop to get them in, I was in the backroom picking out the rods I wanted that were not labeled or on the shelves yet. I was talking to the guy about rods and look down at the boxes he was unpacking and I saw the reels, that's when I knew that I was leaving with a new reel also.

Good for you.
you sir are one hell of a trigger puller

I don't get much free time outside of work, that's my home away from home. So I invest heavily in what I enjoy and that happens to be fishing. I go whenever I get the free time and can afford to sacrifice sleep, my son will be a year old this year so I am going to enjoy him and try to help my other two kids along with my wife to learn some more about fishing.

I'm not sure if I'm more in awe, scared, or just in shock! That is CRAZY AWESOME!

First quarter of TW order using the Rico Blems 20% and spring sale. I am finally diving into the world of big swimbaits as you will see in the other 3/4 which is coming on Tuesday. The monkey really wants me to grab a IMX 966 with a 300 tranx but I was able to resist... so far.

I'll admit I have a problem, haha. I'm in love with this reel and I bought too many. These are my spares that don't have rods yet. I have a bunch of others that are in rotation seeing daily use.
