Easter bunny came early at our house because someone gets the second shot next Saturday and is expecting to be down and out on Easter. Got some stuff that was out on Black Friday. Both the suspending lipless and hyper jerks should be great fishing the shallower Reed beds. Haven’t heard anything on the hyper jerk, curious if anyone has tried it and liked it?

Wish I could be satisfied with 3 colors of skirts.  Somehow my brain has me convinced that having 3 more strands of a different color matters.

That is just supplementing what I already have. Was able to replicate War eagles purple Shad color really well, so I needed some backup to make more lol.

This may seem like a simple jerk bait. However, I have ordered one of these on Amazon every spring for the past 3 years. The first two years, they never arrived and I eventually got a refund. This year, it actually shipped, but got lost after leaving Texas. Luckily, I got an email letting me get a replacement. Finally, after 3 years of waiting, i have finally received one.

That sounds especially arduous for a Strike King jerkbait.

Siebert order came in today. Mostly just refillingmy confidence colors -- junebug and green pumpkin. I did get two flyers, though. A black/blue brush jig and a hot sauce lil man.

That last one's real pretty, though. I rigged it up to see what the whole thing would look like.

As long as it took to ship last time, I'd go ahead and order a few more if it was me.

I’ll pick up a few more, but think I should be focusing on silent jerkbaits. I didn’t know these have beads.

Trying out some new soft plastics. They look good. Seems like they’ll Be fairly durable. The fat finesse worm looks just the right size.

If you use a screw lock hook the Swammers last quite a while. I've had a few go 10-15 bass.

Latest and one of my last purchases for a while.  I’m proud of this one.  This is a special mate box used for storing stick baits.  It is 8 inches tall .  Kinda expensive at 70 bucks shipped but, I think worth the investment.

Obviously if I was fishing on some one else’s boat I wouldn’t bring it but, pick out what I thought I need. First 5 rows are for walleye or trout trolling with some Husky jerks, orginally rapala’s, Deep down huskies, deep bandits, rouges ( jerk bait or trolling).  Middle section  is my bass jerk baits ( less than what I thought I had) , 3rd section Shad raps ( bass and trolling), and 4th flicker Shad ( bass and trolling. No more hook tangles or baits getting knocked around. I cleared out 4 Plano boxes of stick baits.  Just under 50% full

Forgot about these.  First time buying anything from reaction innovation.  For spring jig fishing  picked up some smallie beavers in penetration and tramp stamp.  When trying new plastic I like to buy a dark and light color.  Tramp stamp definitely looked lighter in the photo, guess not

I need to get out and fish.  Couldn’t this weekend as the truck wasn’t done.  Should be done tommrow.  Sunday ill take the boat and I’ll drop the wife and kid off and her moms while, I fish

One of 2 non chain tackle shops locally going out of business, so I made one last trek.

Never fished a Vision 110 or any spro cranks. I'm looking for a smaller crank for smallmouth in clear water situations that casts far. Hope these work!

Also never tried the Berkley flat worm. They don't look special, but everyone says they work.

Looks kinda like a muskie box. The compartments aren’t quite as big though.

That is the next size up on the drop down menu when I ordered this .  You can get these for spoons as well smaller and larger stick baits.

The PB&J football jig and Texas Craw Pro model are my heavy hitters right now.  For like $3 with a couple of Rage Craws you cannot beat them.

I can't believe how expensive fishing stuff is, $38 dollars for 5 things.  My mom was shopping with me, so I didn't spend as much as I usually would...  She saved me from that stinkin monkey.134598371_IMG_1943(1).thumb.jpg.3779bd4e7174d4a3f5219bb8c4f4cf8b.jpg

I think that's BPS in general. A pack of Senkos was like $9 last time I was there. Your money will go a lot further other places.
