I am O for 3 on the clip on cull tags so far.

All have failed miserably; falling off or getting torn off by spirited brown bass.

Going to give the newest (updated design) from T-H Marine a shot at it.

We'll See.

Those clips look almost identical to the ones that come attached to the cheap tags included in the Rapala touch screen tournament scale.  They are the best I've used! I just attached them to my Ardent balls.  My guess, is those will work pretty well.  We'll need a report soon.

How do you like that Lure kayak?

I like it enough that I have two. I bought my first one in 2015 and an Overdrive model in 2018. The seat is all-day comfortable, it’s stand up stable, and the integrated wheel makes for easy transport.

The Overdrive gets me about 4 mph pedaling normally and is removable for fishing shallow, weedy waters.

Sans the seat & Overdrive, I can lift it onto my Tundra’s ladder rack myself.

OK ~ Thanks

Perhaps I'll do a quick review; but only if they do indeed stay attached.

Will not be posting up any bashing videos.

Either way, I'll let you know.

I was told I had to give the ned rig a shot so I purchased the necessary equipment.

Nice! If you are looking for a hook keeper, I just got the Cali Clip by Cali Coast Fishing. I have the Zodias 7' 2" H and the red clip fit perfectly.

Any pic where do you clip your? (Would the largest one fit into handle?) it might be better than hook a jig onto the reel or bottom guide. Anyway I start to love this rod even more when pair with bantam, don’t feel any tip heavy and balance well with bantam. I pair the rod and reel this morning and caught 2 decent size ones.

Sweet ~ You're Welcome.

Let me know how you like it.

I'm shopping for a packable set for trips south of the border.

Currently, I'm without one & just get wet.

Will do! That was my reasoning as

well - just getting wet is getting old.

Picked up a pair of group 31 Duracell AGM batteries for the boat today (thanks for the heads up @Dirtyeggroll) Taking the set out of the Stratos and putting them into the johnboat, putting the new ones into the Stratos. No more pulling a battery out of my bass boat every time I want to take the johnboat somewhere. Plus I can run them parallel for day long trips.

Been a while since I’ve been around but, been busy getting ready for spring.  About 3 weeks ago Walmart had the skeet Reese crank rods 50% off so I picked it up and paired it with a 5:4:1 phleuger supreme bait caster

also so picked up some clacking raps.  Never used those before but, I am looking forward to them this spring

Picked up the zoom bundle on eBay for 12 bucks with free shipping from Hawaii.  I really wanted to try the caffeine shad.  It’s 1/2 and 1/2 of sealed and opened bags but, for the price gives me a opportunity to try trick worms, shaky worms, yum dingers/baby dingers, and yum craw chunks.

Also up graded my fish finder to a Garmin Striker 4 cv which hasn’t arrived yet. It will be perfect for my 14 Tin boat.  When I  get a bigger boat next year I’ll use the unit for ice fishing

Nice Fish! Here you go James. I took a few pics for you. I put both black and red clips on so you can see where they fit. It comes with three sizes. There is a smaller yellow one too which is probably for a spinning rod.

The black clip did fit onto the handle. I think I might wind up using it that way. I haven't used it yet. It's still too cold here in Massachusetts but the water is starting to thaw around me.
