4 orders down and I have opened 0 boxes.. I have been placing med sized orders through tw and been just setting them to the side as they come in. Feels funny, but I want little kid opening Christmas experience when I go to town! But orders include new spro 30 & 40's, pop max, new boxes, and tons of lip less..

There is no way I would have the self control to let unopened boxes of tackle sit in the same room as me.

i've never fished an umbrella is it fun?

I fish from a kayak so my experience with casting the rig is limited, because if I'm on a school of fish it's better to troll back and forth over them. I do know that when they hit it, the rod just about comes out of your hands. I'm all about learning new techniques and the rig is something I haven't grown comfortable with yet so the fun for me is figuring it out. The people who say it's unfair probably love to winch a fish out of a laydown on a flipping stick.

Hardest hits you'll ever get in freshwater fishing, wipers and stripers on an A-rig.

Never used an A Rig so I really don't know, but the first time I got hit by a Peacock I almost soiled myself! ;)

When casting the A right in a kayak does the drag from the spinner blades create a lot of drag and pull you around in the kayak?

YES. This can be a good thing if you are just covering water (I love working a bank with a spinnerbait because it acts like a trolling motor), but if you are trying to work a spot or group of fish, not so much.

First bass I ever caught on an a-rig knocked slack into the line in 50 degree water, the wire had a kink in it from when he hit.

They do hit hard as well, and I've never caught a big pea, but it wasn't like a strike from a convict on an A-rig.

I highly recommend trying it at least once. It's a blast when it's working.

I picked up a bunch of stuff.  I can't wait to try the Whopper Plopper and the Keitech Swimbaits..

Just got these awesome jigs in the mail! They're notoriously productive in my neck of the woods and designed specifically for swimming grubs and worms. I'll be throwing some 4" kalins lunker grubs on these allllllll year.

I don't understand the hype over the hollow body sunfish..

If you don't have sunfish(maybe you do) i could see why people wouldn't understand it. The reason I want it so bad is because the one pond i fish, sunfish is there primary food, and i caught my pb on a live bluegill. That was almost 3 years ago, which means there could be dd bass in there now :)
