The grass is growing thick and swim jigs with paddle tail swim baits work the best in my ponds during this time of year. Everyone praises Siebert jigs so I figure I'll see what all the fuss is about.

JLS just got me. Ordered a Shimano Jackall Poison Adrena 6'10" M glass rod and a Shimano Aldebaran 50 to put on it. Can't wait to get this set up. Probably dedicated jerkbait rod.

I'm in Dallas and our Academy's don't carry 6th Sense.  It's probably a good thing for me.  :eyebrows:

I want to buy some shadow raps, would you throw them on your regular cranking rod, like a MH 7'?

That's what I plan on doing. I would recommend using a rod that has a good parabolic bend. Early this year I did get snagged up and found that the Shadow Rap's hooks can bend fairly easy... so just be aware of that and you should be fine.

Well that is truly unfortunate lol, also, good. I'm glad the 10Xd's and 8XD's were mostly gone or I would have walked out with too many, it's deep water don't think I need to be too concerned with color variety.

Actually a lot less coming from Japan. Had the money saved to either buy a new bow, new golf clubs or a new combo.

More finesse jigs, tungsten heads and teensy plastics on the way.

Made the big switch too... and by that I mean changed my shipping address to my shop haha
