Megabass, Daiwa, Shimano, Abu, Penn, Quantum, Lews, 13, ALX, G. Loomis, St Croix, Edge, Phenix, Okuma, BPS, and Cabelas that I can see right away. Might be some obscure stuff out there somewhere. Mostly Shimano and Daiwa reels though.

Rods, let me see. Right now I have rods made by Dobyns, Daiwa, Kistler. Owned and loved Abu Garcias, Shimanos, Pinnacles, Powells, Loomises, Okumas and a few customs at different points in time. Never been particular to a specific company.

Casting reels have always been Shimanos. Spinning reels, mostly Shimanos, but a few BPS and Abu Garcias have been thrown in the mix.

As of right now just shimano rods and reels. Have one custom St Croix finesse rod. Really close to bringing a Daiwa/Megabass reel back into the fleet...

Reels:

Shimano - 10

Diawa - 1

Abu - 1

My reel count is opposite of yours.  Shimanos - 6     Abus - 8   Daiwas - 29.  This includes spinning and baitcasting reels.

If you consider this too many reels...............you would be correct.  Unfortunately I can only think of 2 reels that I might be willing to sell.

My daughter's boyfriend (common law husband?) fishes Zebco exclusively.  I think his father does the same.  Sounds like the start of a fan club to me.  :teeth:
