Super User HoosierHawgs Posted November 15, 2014 Super User Posted November 15, 2014 Wondering what some of the best, less known about lakes in indiana are for bass. Example:Sullivan Lake Rockville lakes one that doesn't get a lot of pressure. It is in Parke County, near Raccoon, so it doesn't get so much attention. I've heard a little about Greene County Mine Pond as well. That's in Terre Haute I believe. Those are my best ideas. Quote
Preytorien Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 i go down to Plover Pit, near Edinburgh each spring. Us guys load up in a couple jonboats and fish while the wives spend our money. It's a pretty deep body of water, and from what I hear the DNR have stocked musky in there, so it might be worth using a 6inch wire leader some of the time. But it's a nice place. I've never caught anything giant, but it's fun. Quote
