MacDaddyFishin Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 My dad and I decided to go to Lake Welsh this morning. Which for those who don't know the lake it's a power plant lake making it warm throughout the year. The wind was about 20-25 mph making it pretty rough to fish. We hid in some coves and pockets and roughed through it. We did well overall with 20 fish. They were staying on grass beds and brush piles in about 10ft of water. I actually used a brush hog color I have never seen before and that's all I caught them on! Quote

It was a great day on the water! And it does look like a watermelon candy color but it's clear and in the water only the blue flakes actually show. Either way the bass loved it! Quote
