Best Reel For My Rod

I have a 6'6 med power fast action st croix premeir spinning rod and am looking for the best reeling to match it. I use the rod for just about everything perch, catfish, largemouth bass, and striped bass; so I need a reel that can handle all of this if possible. I'm looking to spend 130 dollars or less.
