I am a believer! Ike does an interview on it, you can find it on youtube, and he said it works 20% of the time, 100% of the time (or something like that). Everyone around him laughed and he then turnec to them and said, "im serious!" There is no doubt that there are situations where the hydrowave works.

here is my take:

bass that are schooled up are very competitive when it comes to food.  If they think their buddies are feeding, they are going to go and get food before its gone. Hydrowave sends out noises and gets the fish fired up and it does work, sometimes. According to ike, 20% of the time.   Ike is not sponsored by hydrowave.

Every elite series pro has it on their boat. If it didn't work, why would they waste their $$$?
