i am sooo confused. :-?. for the weed guard,do i put the stopper in the mold and put glue in it and push it in there( wich for some reason is very hard)or do i just place it in the mold, wich is eaiser but there are one thing wrong with that. when ever you heat the jig head to put the powder paint on, you burn the weed guard OR really mess it up. >;)

I don't pour jigs w/weedguards but I do read a lot.  What I know is that there are two ways, either pour w/weedguard in and powderpaint at low temp for curing w/something to cover it up. Or pour w/weedguard out paint and cure, then epoxy it in.  If it's too tight I may guess that you are using the wrong size weedguard.  Again, this is just what I have gathered of info for when I start doing this.

Go to www.tackleunderground.com do some searches and read what those guys have to say.  You will find some very good stuff and lots of options from which to choose.  Good luck and good pouring.
