Any one use Sunline FC Sniper BMS (Japan)? I need a line that is visabale above the water and have been somewhat dissatisfied with other FC I have used. Seems they want to break on the hookset or when casting at times. Lack of abrasion resistace? This situation has happened on more than one brand but particularly Berkley Vanish Transition. The Sunline Sniper BMS is very expensive, but I am willing to pay the price if it does the job.For the 16lb. it is about $30 t0 $40 dollars for a 165 yd. spool .Any thoughts? If in fact it is a quality line, I will use it.

I use super fc sniper on all my reels that have fluoro. It runs about $25 for a 200yd spool or you can get a 600yd spool for $50. Use mono backing on your reels and you can fill 3 with a 200yd spool. Bms is just a colored version,I believe.

My mistake, this is the line that alternates pink and orange in color and is about $30 for a 165 yd. spool at TW. The BMS stands for Bait Marker System.

Yeah, I'm just saying it's the same line as the FC sniper, except it's colored so you can line watch. The sniper is a good line. You should like it. Just be careful with tying your knot. That's with any FC line.

I have not used the FC Sniper, but am a true believer in the Sunline Super Flouro. Last weekend I made the switch and the results were impressive. I'm awaiting a shipment from TW with more Sunline Flouro in other lb. test and the FX2 braid. Can't wait to replace the P-Line copolymer and Power Pro.

i have not tried the BMS but i am a huge sunline fan. i've tried 'em all and have settled on sunline super FC sniper as my fluoro of choice. prior to that, i had a love/hate relationship with fluorocarbon line (mostly hate). i have now have spools in every pound test sunline makes and life's good! i'd be willing to bet that their BMS performs as advertised.
