Super User Catch and Grease Posted October 5, 2014 Super User Posted October 5, 2014 Went out today and it was a little tough, I guess because of the drop in tempature. It was 45 degrees this morning when I started fishing... Once the tempatures stops jumping up and down the fishing should be great! Caught this guy at the base of a tree but it was weird.... I pitched a 1/2oz jig to the bottom of a tree and saw my line jump and felt the thump, I reel up the slack and set the hook once I felt his weight, but this is the weird part, I hooked him outside the mouth lol don't know how that happened! Kevin Beachy Posted October 5, 2014 Posted October 5, 2014 Nice!!! It looks like you had a clear morning like we did. It was clear and 39 here this morning, and to supe things up, there was a nice wind........ Quote
PondHopper96 Posted October 6, 2014 Posted October 6, 2014 That's happened a few times to me while fishing plastics! Idk why though! 1 Quote
