Walk, pop, or both?

Threw it today for first time. I was impressed by its walking ability. I threw it and let sit a few secs. Started with some light pops and pause. Then some bigger pops and walked it back in. What do you find works best?

I like to cast it right on a piece of cover and pop it once or twice and then let it sit. In open water I walk it a few times in between letting it sit. Almost every strike I get is when its sitting neutral. Great lure! Its been my go-to topwater bait all year.

My best results have come while intermittently walking the bait at a slow to moderate pace and throwing in plenty of pauses.
