I have read what people like from the past trips. Sturgeon bay doesn't offer any of the convenience. That past trips have offered. They do not have cabins with slips. Right on the water. Well in the city any way. They do have them along both sides of the peninsula though. Not sure many people would be willing to pay the price for them. Same gos for the few hotels that have water access. Every thing cost more then is should over there. Yes I mean every thing. The prices alone over there would scare many people off. I am just glad I use to live in Sturgeon bay. So I know people when I go over that way. So I do not have to pay the price of a hotel. I also know the cheap places to eat. With good food. Quote

Been going there for 40 years. My folks have a summer home in Sister Bay a block from the marina. We can set up tents in the yard LOL Quote

Well i knew you had a place up here in WI some were. I just figured it was some place in the north woods. Also since you you have been going up that way for 40 years. Chances are we have crossed paths before. That is kind of weird to think about. Any way give me a heads up next spring when you plan on heading up. No I do not mean like a weeks notice. I will take to to a little bar.Don't know if you have ever heard of them. It is called the redroom. By the old fire station. It is a few blocks away from were PBI use to be. The best burgers in town. Then maybe we could get some fishing done also. Quote
