If you have the schematic, give me the part number. I have a lot of Daiwa parts, and can send you one, if I have it.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I didn't know anybody had sent a reply. Its Item 6w533101 Brake Collar. My hands shake real bad when trying to work with small things and it poped out of the needle nose and off in to the black hole. If you have some let me know and I pay you for them and postage. Dan

I know I don't have any of those. It's what everybody else calls weights for the centrifugal braking system, and the reel should function just fine without one, as long as you have the other three.

Your part number is W53-3101 - Brake Collar.  Mikes reel repair has the parts and they cost like 75 cents each, but the shipping is 10 dollars with a minimum order of 5 dollars.  Like Ghoti said, you reel will work just fine with 1 missing.

Ok Thanks . I'll just do with the three . Unless I take it from the wifes reel that will never get used.

I've made a note to self, next time I order a bunch of Daiwa parts, I'll get some of these. I order from a dealer who's about 50 miles down the road from me, and I only do larger orders. I hate to pay ten bucks shipping for 3 bucks worth of parts. I keep quite a few in stock, but I haven't done an inventory check lately.

I'll try to keep you in mind, amigo.
