Super User gardnerjigman Posted January 26, 2015 Super User Posted January 26, 2015 I'll be smoking a brisket, having a baked potato bar, and wings. Wife takes care of all the supplemental fruit/veggie trays and other healthiness! 1
Super User gardnerjigman Posted January 26, 2015 Super User Posted January 26, 2015 Wow... With all the new rules in the pro bowl why don't we just put flags on them and play pee wee?
Super User HoosierHawgs Posted January 26, 2015 Super User Posted January 26, 2015 Wow... With all the new rules in the pro bowl why don't we just put flags on them and play pee wee?Because it would ruin the 'integrity of the game' argh argh argh argh!
Jd_Phillips_Fishin Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Wow... With all the new rules in the pro bowl why don't we just put flags on them and play pee wee? I agree, nobody seemed to want to hit anyone. Still fun to watch some the best players in the league playing with each other though.

Super User gardnerjigman Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 it was the locker room attendant with that 90 second bathroom break!!!!! 2

Deflate-gate Is The Dumbest Sports Controversy Ever A-Jay Rules are rules though. And with a team tainted like the patriots the headlines will flow.. I wonder if the ref who is suppose to be keeping an eye on the balls gets in trouble, per rule book: The Referee shall be the sole judge as to whether all balls offered for play comply with these specifications 1
Super User A-Jay Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 it was the locker room attendant with that 90 second bathroom break!!!!! Yup ~ and the only thing that was deflated was the poor guys Bladder ~ AJay
Super User gardnerjigman Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 Yup ~ and the only thing that was deflated was the poor guys Bladder ~ AJay What? You don't think he could deflate 11 balls in 90 seconds??? lol. I think the warren commission is investigating this too.... hello one bullet theory...
Super User F14A-B Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 Seems to me, The Patriots scored more points in that game with properly inflated footballs, the Colts, well it just didn't matter what ball they used, could have been a soccer ball or a hockey puck for that matter...
Super User flyfisher Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 it's not that it impacted this game but it is a rule that was broken, just a matter of who was involved. But if it is found to be true and facilitated by the Cheatriots then it does bring into question other close games and that Indy is said to have brought this up to the league earlier in the season. That leads me to two conclusions, the league brushed it under the rug and did nothing about it or the league did talk to them about their cheating and the did nothing in which case the penalty should be much stiffer than what people think. Anyone else find it interesting that Goodell and the NFL sure is taking a long time to come up with a finding but in other cases it was only a matter of days before a decision and punishment was levied? 1

Super User F14A-B Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 Yes, I agree, a rule break occurred somehow, apparently the spy gate and now de-flate gate, will also be attached to the New England Patriots legacy.. Then there's Hernandez..
Super User fishinfiend Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 Cheatriots lol awesome

Then there's Hernandez.. I don't think the insinuation that spy gate was not valid is true. they were heavily fined and lost a draft pick, that is not a witch hunt nor is it in some type of gray area of the rule book. They cheated and Beicheat knew about it and was behind it, plain and simple. So any legacy that has been created will most definitely have a cloud of cheating of it because, they were in fact, cheating. Interesting that a guy like Barry Bonds, who i am not a fan of, i don't think has ever tested positive or admitted to taking PEDs is automatically labeled a villain yet the Cheatriots are labeled as winners and excuses made for their blatant disregard for football and the rules.

I believe you may have misunderstood my angle, it is exactly the aforementioned items that will be remembered, blended with superbowl victory's etc.. As a long time Peyton Manning fan.. ( since 96 ) a Colts fan under Peyton, & having no love for New England.. I still believe they are a very good team as of now... 1
Super User tomustang Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 lol awesome Oh come on, you never heard that one? 1
Super User flyfisher Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 You can't have a legacy if it is under the cloud of cheating. And yes, i misunderstood your intent. There are just too many of these problems with this team for me to think they are a legit team. They won a few close games this season and all i can wonder is if they have been cheating all along which helped them to be a better team than they truly are I believe you may have misunderstood my angle, it is exactly the aforementioned items that will be remembered, blended with superbowl victory's etc.. Super User Felix77 Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 I am no Pats fan ... far from it but I believe that there is some degree of cheating across the entire NFL. They just suck as keeping it under wraps. 1

Super User flyfisher Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 I''l take a guy who gets lost in the moment of play stomping on a guy before i take someone who is calculating and trying to get away with something to give them an advantage. I doubt Suh said to himself if he gets the chance he is gonna boot stomp a player where to deflate the balls or tape practice or whatever takes a calculated effort and coordination of others who need to be involved to make it work. kind of like the difference between manslaughter and 1st degree murder lol
Super User A-Jay Posted January 27, 2015 Super User Posted January 27, 2015 caught cheating on their wifes before, Wow ~ Just Wow. A-Jay
