Super User roadwarrior Posted December 15, 2014 Author Super User Posted December 15, 2014 I'm not taking anything away from the Bill's defensive performance, but a couple of dropped passes make the statistics a little misleading. Game breakers for sure. 2

Super User Darren. Posted December 15, 2014 Super User Posted December 15, 2014 No doubt the Pack didn't play up to standards. Neither did Payton last week.... What caused the bad play? Just a bad day, or smothering D everywhere you looked to throw? One didn't necessarily cause the other, but D sure was major part of the equation. We'll see if the Bills D can hold off the Brady Bunch in 2 weeks. Problem is it is in NE... Again, I just can't see *ANY* team beating the Pats all the way to the Lombardi Trophy. Tom will hold it one more time. I just want the Bills playoff drought to end. Longest drought in the NFL.
Missourifishin Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 I'm not taking anything away from the Bill's defensive performance, but a couple of dropped passes make the statistics a little misleading. Game breakers for sure. It was very out of character for Jordy nelson to drop a couple big ones.
Super User iabass8 Posted December 15, 2014 Super User Posted December 15, 2014 It's hard to say weather the "blame" is on GB's receivers or Rodgers. There were so many out of character either bad routes or over/under throws it's hard to tell. Jordy dropped a walk in TD that he probably catches 99 times out of 100 and the game swings the other way. I hope nobody on here is a TB fan. After coming off such an ugly game this week where they should have won handily, GB is going to put up points and lots of them. GB is lucky the Bills offense isn't half way competent or this game would have got out of hand quickly.
Super User SirSnookalot Posted December 15, 2014 Super User Posted December 15, 2014 I just want the Bills playoff drought to end. Longest drought in the NFL. Longest playoff drought maybe, but 4 trips to the the Super Bowl in a row and quite a few AFC championships. The Lions have never been to the SB, last championship was 1957 a drought I want to see ended.
Super User Redlinerobert Posted December 15, 2014 Super User Posted December 15, 2014 Well, we lost the game but had an amazing time in Seattle. Visited some great restaurants, and managed to have dinner Friday night with my friends Ray McDonald and Vernon Davis from the team. Looking forward to next season. 1
Super User flyfisher Posted December 16, 2014 Super User Posted December 16, 2014 So now that Murray is out for the season, how does that impact Dallas ad their chances to win anything? And if he manages to come back and play, will his tendency to fumble become even more prominent.....only time will tell
Super User A-Jay Posted December 16, 2014 Super User Posted December 16, 2014 The first half of this Monday Night Bears / Saints game has been a little zany. I think someone may have slipped Jay Cutler a couple of Ludes before the game - A-Jay 1

Super User iabass8 Posted December 16, 2014 Super User Posted December 16, 2014 So now that Murray is out for the season, how does that impact Dallas ad their chances to win anything? And if he manages to come back and play, will his tendency to fumble become even more prominent.....only time will tell Where are you reading he's out for the season.....? He hasn't even been ruled out this week. Dallas VP said he probably only misses week 16 and plays week 17. His injury isn't that serious. The hand injury is on his non ball carrying hand so it's unlikely to effect him much. Randle has looked really good on his limited work. I'd assume a timeshare /w Dunbar playing on 3rd down which he does quite a bit anyway. I don't think production will fall TOO far but I doubt it's good enough to be a focal point. Free got hurt Sunday night too but I honestly don't know if he came back in or not. Indy has a god awful run D so if they can't get it going vs Indy next Sunday if wil lat least be fun to watch Dez vs Vontae Davis(I would assume he's on him. I can't imagine they make the same mistake Philly did).Everybody in the NFC needs to win out. These next couple weeks are going to be good football. 3 weeks ago I would have said Indy should win this week but as of late...who knows.
Super User Jrob78 Posted December 16, 2014 Super User Posted December 16, 2014 Murray had surgery on the finger today. Garrett said they won't know whether he will play this week until game day, most likely. Randle and Dunbar are capable backs and should do ok against Indy's run D. I can see Murray trying to go, even if he isn't ready. I know Emmitt Smith had the same procedure in the 90's and missed one week. Doug Free and Zack Martin both had ankle injuries but they aren't high ankle sprains. Martin finished the game but Free didn't. Just going by that, it would seem Free is more likely to miss Sunday than Martin. It should be a great game, I just hope Dallas can overcome their home game woes. Luck will probably light this defense up so the offense is going to have to be good and take care of the ball (obviously.)

Super User iabass8 Posted December 21, 2014 Super User Posted December 21, 2014 Looks like Philly is going to be watching the playoffs from the couch this year as long as Dallas can hold on to this 5 TD lead going into the 4th. 2
