I hope they get the chance and I hope you're right.

Merely the 12th man, gang green, limb about to

be amputated. Rest assured, the Pats have the edge.

Lol...I guess we will have to agree to disagree on this one. Sanchez is going to be spending a lot of time on the ground.

The eagles offensive line is d**n good....may be the best in the league actually.

Lol...just stop..seriously.

I guess you can attribute Phillys 31st ranked TD Red zone efficiency to that amazing Offensive line.

I have to agree with Flyfisher on this one IN PHILLY... I think it could have been an embarrassing game in Seattle (travelling across the country to play there is beyond brutal), but I wouldn't be surprised at all to see the Eagles win this one at home.

Red zone efficiency is not solely based on the offensive line. And if you look at the past 3 games they are better than Seattle.  If you look at the actual stats of the offensive line you would realize that Eagles QB have been sacked and/or hit less times combined than just the number of times seattle QB has been hit.  Teams are stacking the box to stop the run and that is why they are getting more passing yards this season and actually more yards per game from last year.

With that being said, it is fairly obvious you don't watch the games and cherry pick stats that you think prove your case rather than looking at everything so i will leave it at that....we will see what happens on Sunday.

For Seattle to win this game they are going to have to completely dominate on defense because if it comes down to a shootout or special teams the Eagles have the edge for sure.

I tried to leave it at agree to disagree until you threw out the best O line homer gibberish.

i will gladly put money on this game with you if you wish.

If not, we can discuss this after the game on Sunday.

Glad to hear your support of your team.  But, looking at everything, one just has to look at their schedule this year to see the Eagles won against mediocre teams, and lost to higher-calibur teams.  In fact, they were stomped by Green Bay.

And Seattle wrote the book on dominating defense, allowing only 6 points in the last 2 games against tough opponents.  And who beat Green Bay?  Who beat Denver - again?

Love your passion.  Just don't let it get in the way of reality.

All this excitement & prognostication - it's a lot of fun

But As a Patriots fan I have to work hard to remember that if recent history has taught us anything, it's that the regular season, though somewhat telling, does not guarantee anything.

And even going 17 - 0 & winning all the playoff games leading up to the Super Bowl, just doesn't guarantee anything.

One crazy Velcro off the helmet like catch in the last minute of the championship game is all it takes to turn dreams into a complete Nightmare . . . . . . .

So I'd encourage all you wildly whipped up with excitement super fans to chill out . . . . for now.

Now please excuse me while I deal with the Pats loss today.

I really don't know why you want to keep starting a debate over something that isn't statistically true.

Philly doesn't have the best O line in football.

They don't have the best anything in the NFL right now.

McCoy isn't a top 12 RB-Sounds like an O line issue because he has the talent no?-This here pretty much says it all.

You have one of the highest turnover rates in the league right now. -sounds like this "amazing off. line" is forcing both of Philly's terrible QB's to make decision's they are unable execute w/o turning the ball over.

If you REALLY want to use the "well philly has been playing great football lately" argument, here is their season and i will highlight actual games that are telling.

Jags-one of the the Nfl's worst

colts-Barely squeaked that one out but INDYs Def isn't great

Redskins-Terrible team

49s-you lost-Seattle just destroyed them in SF..

Rams-not an accomplishment beating them at hom

Giants-they just lost to JAX....

Cards-you lost

Texans-worst team /w a winning record

Panthers-awful team

Green Bay-Destroyed Philly

Titans -Awful team

Dallas-one of the leagues worst Defenses.

Philly has had a total of FOUR challenging games and they lost 3 of them.

1 game in the past 6 has had what should be a challenge for a team of Philly's capabilities and they got crushed.

They played 3 playoff worthy/bound teams and lost 2. you an argue Dallas at 3 but I stand by they will be lucky to go 8-8 and I don't believe SF makes it this year

We get it, you are a giant Philly Homer. But you are clearly letting that get in the way of reality.

Since we're talking about who's beaten who, let's not forget that the Seahawks lost to the Chiefs (as did New England) who are also the only team to lose to Oakland this year.

That being said, I don't know who's going to win this game.

Yesterday is history, it's tomorrow that counts.  Don't know who will win the SB but it's going to be the team playing the best ball at the time, that may not be the best team on paper or with the best win/loss record.

Seahawks fans! -vs- Eagles fans!

Whoever hits "Caps Lock" first wins!

BTW, what team lost to Dallas?

Sorry but I can't see my eagles being a great team this year, I have not seen evidence to show that they are a worthy contender for the superbowl. Their schedule has been modest and the better teams are putting them in their place.

We need a permanent qb and red zone offense at least

This is correct, the hottest teams right now, as I see it are Greenbay, New England... Everyone else seems beat up & tired. Peyton looks to be in pain throwing the ball, it will be interesting going forward, as it is every year...

Seeing as though franchise QBs are a difficult find, I see them sticking with Sanchez next year..not really a bad thing, I think he can be better than average. They are on the right track, I like their coach, he seems to have them headed in the right direction.

I just hope and pray it's not a team that won their division with a 4-12 record..

As soon as you put McCoy not being a top 12 RB you lose all credibility and show that you hate Philly for some reason as can then be seen as you cherry pick the reasons why the Eagles wins are weak....and all that is fine.  I do like how you conveniently didn't mention that all the games philly lost were on the road too.....and how they have a pretty good home winning streak going at 10 games.  If you are looking at teams lost too i would have to say that the ones that Seattle lost too are way worse than the ones the Eagles did.....It's all good though because all this debate is fun and meaningless and is the reason they play the games...

Without getting into a ticking match again, talent wise, hes obviously amazing. Statistically wise this year, he just went from 12 to 10 this week.

So you can tell me that there are 10 RB who are having better seasons or you would rather have on your team than McCoy?  He is 3rd in the league in rushing.

And deaknh03, we all know how you feel about the Eagles and the same i feel about the cheatriots.

Your argument with the Eagles is quite sad to say the least. McCoy has been flooded with injuries, first 4 weeks he had turf toe, then he tweaked his knee week 6 or 7. The Eagles also have MARK SANCHEZ as there quater back and still win games. There's somrthing needed to be said about that. Also the jags have one of the top ranked defensives in the leauge I beleive they are 3rd or fourth in sacks. Dallas has actually had a top 15 defense this whole year.. Rams are playing well also they have probably the best defense in the leauge. I wouldn't consider 19-3 a destroying performance. Especially considering that SF's defense is now crippled thanks to injuries. And did you just blame an o line for mark Sanchez turning the ball over ? I'm not even a eagles fan and I can consider them one of the top teams in the leauge

I wasnt't stating my feelings about the Eagles, I was stating a fact. Last time they won a big game, a nickel got you a bottle of pop, a candy bar and a double feature at the talkies.
